You blast away the dirt in PowerWash Simulator, a cleaning game from FuturLab that came out in 2022. You run your own power-washing business in the town of Muckingham, aiming a pressure washer at grimy vehicles, from boats to planes, and at outdoor spaces. The goal is to blast away the dirt until each surface looks new.
PowerWash Simulator 2 arrived in October 2025 and is set in Caldera County. It adds a new campaign and a Home Base, a hub you return to between jobs, where you pick your next job and decorate with furniture bought using PowerWash Points.
Both games follow the same loop. You pick a job, clean it with your washer, and switch nozzles as the surface changes, using soap on stubborn stains. Finishing a job pays you money, and that money buys better washers and nozzles so you can take on bigger, harder jobs over time. Friends can also join you online in both games, so you can clean together.

PowerWash Simulator gameplay tips
- In PowerWash Simulator, use Show Dirt when a surface looks finished. It marks the grime your eye missed, so you can check as often as you like.
- In PowerWash Simulator, save soap for stains that water can't lift. In this game soap is a limited item you pay for, so plain water should handle everything else.
- In PowerWash Simulator 2, use the dirt highlight once most of a job is clean. The last few specks are the hardest to see by eye, and the highlight shows where the remaining grime is.
- In PowerWash Simulator 2, use the scissor lift for roofs and second floors. Ladders alone make these slow, and the lift can be raised to the height you need.
- In PowerWash Simulator 2, spend Cash on washers and nozzles to handle harder jobs. Furniture is paid for with PowerWash Points, a separate currency, so decorating doesn't use up the money you need for gear.
- In PowerWash Simulator 2, invite friends to online co-op for a job. Shared progress with up to four players means everyone who joins gets campaign progress for it, so no one has to redo the work.
