What Buyers Are in House Flipper 2
Buyers are the people who make offers on the houses you put up for sale. They come from the base game and two DLCs. Each one you meet is saved to the Buyers tab on your tablet, so you can look them up later.
How to Sell a House to a Buyer
Selling happens through an auction. You start one from your tablet, and buyers place bids on the house. For each bid, you can accept it, which takes the best offer on the table, or negotiate to try for a higher price. At first only one buyer shows up, but the perk for bidder count can raise that to three, and the perks that lift the sale price make every bid worth more.
If you're new to selling, Tom Marino is the buyer to know, since he guides you through the auction process. Some buyers want a quick deal, while others like to haggle, so how you handle an offer can change depending on who is bidding.
What Buyers Look for in a Home
Every buyer is a fixed character with set likes and dislikes, and the free Buyers 2.0 update gave each one a detailed profile and moodboard.
They judge a home on more than its layout, including its surroundings, its size, the items inside, and even the tags on those items. They also notice details like room size and natural light, so a cozy, ornate home may appeal to one buyer while a futuristic, simple one appeals to another.
