You scrub, unpack, paint and fix run-down homes back to life in House Flipper 2, a relaxing renovation game. Your character is a rookie flipper in the small town of Pinnacove, and you start out in a house your parents left you. Story Mode mixes quick jobs with longer renovation projects. The game grows from there.
Jobs are the core of the game. Clients call with requests, and you head to their homes to scrub away grime, unpack boxes, paint walls, and fix things. You start with basic cleaning tools and unlock bigger tools as you go. Clean a room first, because decorating only makes sense once the space is thoroughly clean.
Jobs pay money, and that money moves you forward. You save up to buy a run-down house, fix it up, and sell it for a profit. Each task you repeat also builds skill points that unlock perks and upgrade your tools, so every task gets quicker over time. If you'd rather skip the renovation, Sandbox mode lets you build a home from scratch.

Buyers
Buyers are the people who bid on the houses you finish and sell in House Flipper 2, from the base game as well as the Sakura and Scooby-Doo DLCs. Each buyer has fixed likes and dislikes, and a home that suits its buyer can sell for more.

Jobs
Story Mode jobs are the guided renovation jobs that drive House Flipper 2's campaign. Players receive them by email from characters like Tom Marino, working through Pinnacove Suburbs, Crayfish Coast, Coralroot Forest and Old Pinnacove as tools and perk points unlock along the way. The free Co-op add-on adds jobs for up to four players, while the paid Sakura and Scooby-Doo add-ons bring more.
House Flipper 2 gameplay tips
- Start with Story mode. It gives you a set of tasks that teach the mechanics, so you learn the tools before you have to set your own goals. Sandbox has no set goals, which can feel overwhelming early on.
- Finish one room before you move on. Deal with movable items and trash first, then clean and repair, paint, and unpack last. Working in this order cuts down on interruptions.
- Use Flipper Sense before you start a room. It highlights stains and items in yellow, including partly cleaned spots that blend into the walls, so you can see what is still left. Use it again after cleaning, since it can uncover dirty windows and trash that were hidden.
- Keep going after the game marks the objective as done. Three stars come from finishing every task in the job, such as every stain, all the trash, and all the unpacking. A fully finished home is what earns the top rating, and the top rating pays the most.
- Sell junk with the Flipper tool early. The tool sells items an owner no longer wants, broken ones included, and early on renovations and sales bring in little money. Filling a trash bag also helps you build skill points faster.
- Get Tough Negotiator before you sell a house. Perks unlock as you do related tasks and cost Perk Points. Tough Negotiator raises the offers you get when you sell, and its upgrade, Business Shark, pushes them even higher, so more of your renovation work turns into profit.
