All 110 Buyable Properties by DLC in House Flipper, With Prices

Updated on November 1, 2026 (3 days ago)

In the original 2018 House Flipper, buyable properties are the run-down houses and buildings you purchase, fix up and sell for profit. The base game comes with a set of them, and most of the DLC packs add more, so your collection grows well past your first purchase. Players can collect and keep track of every property they buy and flip in the game.

What Are Buyable Properties in House Flipper?

A buyable property is a rundown building you can purchase, fix up, and then sell or turn into your office. Each one has a condition rating, from good to horrific, which shows how much work it needs before it's ready. Your job is to knock down walls, clear out debris like broken glass and old furniture, and repair what's left.

Properties come from two places: the base game and the DLC packs you own. The more packs you own, the bigger your pool of houses, so the lineup you work with depends on what you've bought. House Flipper 2 is a separate game with its own houses, so none of those appear in the original.

How to Buy Houses in House Flipper

You can't buy your first property straight away. You start by taking jobs from nearby residents, such as cleaning, painting, installing heaters, showers or air conditioners, or furnishing whole homes. Once you have enough money, you buy a house from the For Purchase tab in the browser on your laptop and start the work.

DLC houses follow a different path. Most of them stay hidden until you finish the jobs tied to them, and those jobs sit on the laptop's Map of Jobs. HGTV shows the pattern clearly: you start with one house available, and each finished job opens the next one while making the house you just worked on ready to buy. Luxury, Pets and Farm use the same job-first unlocks, and Farm adds its farm-themed houses in an area called Maplebloom Village.

How Buyers and Selling Work

The base game has its own set of buyers, and each one wants something different. You can only sell a house to a buyer once you meet what that buyer is after. Most of them want a very clean home, several want a sauna, and some care about fresh paint or flooring.

Room count matters as much as style. Some buyers only want one bathroom and one bedroom, while others need two or more bathrooms and plenty of bedrooms, so the layout you build decides who you can sell to. Taste varies too. One buyer wants expensive pieces in the corridor and office and cheap ones everywhere else, while another leans toward expensive modern style.

Apocalypse adds buyers who only purchase its bunker properties, and they don't care much about the above-ground rooms. You don't always have to sell, either. You can turn a house into your office to grow your business.

Can You Buy the Same House Twice?

Not at first. In the early game, each house can be bought only once. After you've bought, flipped and sold every house you can reach, including the ones from DLC you own, they all open up for repeat buys. From then on, you can buy any of them again as often as you can afford it.

This means your first round is a tour of the whole lineup, and repeat buys come after. It's worth remembering when you plan which house to tackle next.

Which Buyable Houses Are Worth Your Time?

Luxury is the pack to look at if you want variety. It adds lofts, large houses and a yacht, all set around a new town called Moonrise Bay, and its buildings are some of the most distinctive in the game.

Two base-game houses also hide something extra. House That Is Hiding Something has a secret room that adds a lot of value, and Unsatisfying Effect has a smaller one. Both are worth checking out if you're chasing the highest sale prices.

Cyberpunk is free, but it's the most niche pack. Its houses have no buyers of their own, and their layouts often miss what the regular buyers want. Its decor suits modern or futuristic builds more than quick profit.

How Garden Competitions Raise Sale Prices

The Garden pack makes the yard part of the flip. Before you sell, you can enter a property in garden competitions, and each entry gets scored. A strong score adds a bigger bonus to the sale price, while even an empty yard earns a small one.

You can enter as often as you like, as long as you can cover the small entry fee and wait a short while between entries. The scoring rules aren't fully spelled out, and what earns high marks changes with the style of garden, so expect some trial and error.

FAQ

Q.

Which house should I buy first in House Flipper?

The Camping Bungalow is one of the cheapest houses to start with. It's a good place to learn the buy, fix and sell loop before you move on to bigger homes.

Q.

Do I need DLC to get every buyable house?

Yes, a DLC's houses only appear if you own that pack. Apocalypse and Cyberpunk are free, so you can add their houses at no cost.

Q.

Can you rent out a house?

Yes, the Dine Out pack lets you lease renovated homes, restaurants, cafés and offices. The rent depends on the number of rooms, how furnished the place is, and what type of property it is.

Q.

Why can't I find an HGTV house?

Some HGTV houses sit outside the part of the map you see first. Scroll around before you assume a house is missing.
