You can grind your way to every one of them, so they are the backbone of a free-to-play run. The Robux eggs live in the Premium Shop instead, come and go as events, and are the only way to reach a few of the flashiest pets. If you never spend Robux, the Cash ladder still takes you a long way.

Hatching is a spin: you drop an egg into a slot and it lands on a random pet from that egg's pool. Higher-tier eggs cost a lot more but stack the pool with rarer, higher-earning pets, so the rare pulls are worth the wait. Unlock extra egg slots when you can, since opening several at once gives you more rolls at those rare pets without sitting and waiting for one egg at a time.
