Aura stages are the progression side of Aura in Blox Fruits. They show how much of your body is covered and which combat bonus is unlocked while Aura is active, separate from Aura colors or skins.
The stage ladder runs from Stage 0 to Stage 5. Stage 0 is the starting Aura stage, while Stage 5 is the full-body endpoint players often call full body Aura.

Aura EXP moves the stage forward
Aura EXP is hidden progress. It rises when Aura is active and you damage enemies with swords, guns, or fighting styles. It can also rise when you get hit while Aura is active, as long as the hit is not blocked by Elemental Reflex.
Blox Fruit attacks do not count for Aura stage progress. That is the big leveling mistake to avoid if your Aura coverage seems stuck while you are mostly using fruit moves.
Coverage shows stage progress
Aura coverage spreads across the body as the stage rises. Early stages cover the lower arms or legs, then full arms or legs, then the torso and head, and finally the full body at Stage 5.
The exact starting body part can depend on fighting style. Dark Step and Death Step can make the visual progression begin on the legs instead of the arms, so the coverage labels use arms/legs instead of treating one body part as universal.
Bonuses are separate from colors
Stage 0 and Stage 1 improve non-fruit damage. Stage 2 through Stage 5 add damage reduction, and the earlier damage buffs carry forward as Aura keeps leveling.
Aura colors, skins, and Aura Editor appearance changes are cosmetic layers. They can change how Aura looks, but they do not replace the highest unlocked stage or add extra attack and defense by themselves.
How to Use This Blox Fruits Aura Stages List
The numeric order matters because each Aura stage builds on the previous one. Stage is the unlocked Aura level, Coverage is the visible body area, Aura EXP needed is the listed hidden progress threshold, and Bonus / effect is the combat change tied to that stage.
The progression note keeps each row easy to scan. It separates the starting stage, damage upgrade, first defense stage, larger coverage jumps, near full-body coverage, and the final full-body stage.
FAQ
Why are there 6 Aura stages if the last one is Stage 5?
Blox Fruits numbers Aura stages from Stage 0 through Stage 5. Stage 0 is the starting stage, so the full list has six steps.
How do Aura stages level up?
Aura stages level through Aura EXP. You gain that hidden progress by using swords, guns, or fighting styles with Aura active, or by taking qualifying hits while Aura is active.
Do Blox Fruit attacks level Aura stages?
No. Aura stage progress comes from non-fruit combat such as swords, guns, and fighting styles. Fruit moves should not be treated as Aura EXP farming.
Do Aura colors change damage or defense?
No. Aura colors and skins change appearance. The combat bonuses come from the highest Aura stage you have unlocked.
