Treadmills are passive Speed trainers in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape. The free Chocolate treadmill gives every player a baseline way to build Speed without running stages, while premium treadmill passes add paid trainer options for players who want faster AFK farming.
Price alone does not explain the best trainer choice. Check the access type, reported rate, source status, and best-use note before treating a treadmill as your next upgrade. Candy Treadmill is included because it is an official visible treadmill pass, but its rate is still not verified in the checked public sources.

Free trainer
The free trainer is the baseline treadmill option. It is the safest place to start because it costs nothing and helps rebuild Speed between stage attempts or after a rebirth.

When treadmill farming helps
Treadmills are most useful when you need Speed but do not want to keep clearing the obstacle route. After a rebirth, a treadmill can help rebuild your base Speed before you push stages again. During normal play, the free Chocolate treadmill is the safe baseline because it costs nothing and still keeps your Speed moving while you take a break from active runs.
Premium treadmills are convenience upgrades. Gold and Diamond have reported x9 rates, while ADMIN has a reported x100 rate. Candy is an official treadmill pass, but its rate still needs an in-game check before it can be compared fairly. Treat any unverified rate as a stop sign before making a Robux decision around it.
What to compare before buying a premium treadmill
- Start with the rate. A verified or reported rate tells you how much faster the trainer should build Speed compared with the free baseline.
- Check the cost. Gold is the lowest listed premium treadmill, while Candy and ADMIN sit much higher in Robux price.
- Read the source status. A row with
Not verifiedrate should not be used as firm value advice yet. - Think about your play style. Treadmills help most when you spend time AFK or rebuild Speed often after rebirths.
When active stages still matter
A treadmill builds Speed, but it does not replace the rest of the progression loop. Stages still matter because they teach control at higher movement speeds and feed the Wins route for trails, auras, and teleports. Rebirths also keep scaling future Speed gains, so passive training works best when it supports rebirth timing instead of becoming the whole plan.
For free-to-play progress, use the Chocolate treadmill between stage attempts and keep improving your trail and aura setup. For premium progress, compare the treadmill rate and price against how often you actually AFK farm. A paid trainer is easier to justify if you regularly rebuild Speed after rebirths or leave the game open for passive training.
FAQ
Is there a free treadmill in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape?
Yes. The Chocolate Treadmill is reported as the free baseline trainer, with a reported x1 rate. It still needs a clean in-game screenshot for the local image set.
What is the best treadmill for AFK Speed farming?
ADMIN Treadmill has the highest reported rate at x100, but it is also the most expensive listed treadmill pass. For normal comparison, start with the free Chocolate treadmill, then compare Gold, Diamond, Candy, and ADMIN by rate, cost, and source status.
Why is Candy Treadmill listed with no verified rate?
Candy Treadmill is an official for-sale treadmill pass with a clean Roblox pass icon, but the checked public rate table did not list its multiplier. It stays visible so players can see the pass, but it should not be used for firm value advice until the rate is verified.
Does treadmill farming replace running stages?
No. Treadmills help build Speed passively, but stages are still where players practice control, earn Wins, and progress through the escape route. Treadmill farming works best as support between active runs or after rebirths.
Are Robux treadmills required to progress?
No. The free treadmill, rebirth timing, stage practice, trails, auras, and free rewards can still carry progress. Premium treadmills are convenience upgrades for faster passive training, not a required path.
