How rebirths work

Reach the required Level, then use Rebirth to reset your current Speed to zero and raise your permanent Speed multiplier. Your Wins, Trails, and Auras stay with you, so the reset does not empty your whole locker.

When to rebirth

Rebirth once you reach the next Level requirement and are ready to rebuild your Speed. Waiting far beyond the requirement delays the permanent multiplier, though it can make sense to finish a nearby goal that needs your current Speed before resetting.

Use your retained Wins and equipped upgrades to get moving again. The early return can feel slow, but the permanent multiplier is what turns later runs into much shorter keyboard workouts.

Planning the later climb

The Level requirements rise steadily, while multiplier gains become much larger from Rebirth 11 onward. Check both values before resetting: the requirement tells you when the option opens, and the multiplier shows the permanent boost waiting on the other side.

FAQ

Q.

What does a Rebirth reset in +1 Speed Keyboard Escape?

A Rebirth resets your current Speed level to zero. Your permanent Speed multiplier increases, while Wins, Trails, and Auras stay with you.

Q.

Does the Rebirth multiplier stay after resetting?

Yes. The Speed multiplier is permanent, which is why rebuilding your Speed gets faster after you rebirth.

Q.

Should I rebirth as soon as I reach the required Level?

Usually, yes. Resetting promptly gives you the permanent multiplier sooner, but finish any nearby goal that needs your current Speed before you press the button.

Q.

What do K, M, and B mean in the multipliers?

K means thousand, M means million, and B means billion. For example, x1M is a one-million-times Speed multiplier.
