Each spot counts once toward 100%. Taking another bounty to a spot you've already cleared won't add anything. The name on the poster doesn't change the count, so the spot is what you're really tracking.
What alive and dead bounties pay
Bringing a target in alive pays double what a dead delivery does. The listed amounts are high-honor examples. Honest Joe is the first high-honor rank, and it doubles town job pay, bounty hunting included, so expect less below that rank.
The biggest examples are $400 alive ($200 dead) at Plata Grande, Ojo del Diablo and Hendidura Grande, all in Nuevo Paraíso. The best New Austin payout is Silent Stead at $240 alive. The $40 New Austin spots are the smallest, but they still count toward 100%, so don't skip them.
Where to turn targets in
Most New Austin spots turn in at Armadillo. Brittlebrush Trawl and Mescalero turn in at MacFarlane's Ranch instead. Every Nuevo Paraíso spot turns in at Chuparosa.
