Hunting Requests is a chain of animal jobs that runs through the mail. Each request needs a perfect carcass of every animal it asks for. Mail the whole batch together at any post office, then come back about 24 in-game hours later for the cash and the next request.

Request 1
Chapter 2 opens this one after you read a Hunters Sought poster. It pays $50 and is your first trip to the post office for the cash.
Request 2
Unlocks in Chapter 2 once you've collected the Request 1 reward. It pays $70, and Fort Brennand covers its birds.
Request 3
Still Chapter 2, after the Request 2 reward. It pays $100, and the opossum is the one to save for night.
Request 4
Chapter 2, after the Request 3 reward. It pays $120, and its animals are spread across open fields, muddy banks and a night creek.
Request 5
Epilogue Part 1, after Request 4. It pays $150 and brings Ms. Hobbs' invitation with it.
Each row is one animal, and you need one perfect carcass of it for that request. A checked row means you're holding that carcass for the active request. It doesn't mean the request has been mailed yet.
Getting a perfect carcass
Every animal on a request needs a perfect carcass. Animals come with star ratings, and a clean kill on a three-star animal is the dependable way to get one. The Legendary Buck Antler Trinket can sometimes raise the quality of a one- or two-star kill, but don't build your run around it.
Match the weapon to the animal. Small Game Arrows suit the birds and smaller critters, and the Varmint Rifle is the better pick for rabbits, opossums, skunks and beavers. These are recommendations, not requirements.
Carry each carcass whole and don't skin it first. A skinned carcass isn't a safe bet.
Where to hunt and when
Most of the birds in these requests show up around Fort Brennand in Roanoke Ridge, so check there first when a request has birds. The opossum and skunk are night hunts, so plan those for after dark.
Ms. Hobbs and the wait after Request 5
After you mail the last carcasses, give it one to two in-game days for Ms. Hobbs' invitation to arrive. Read it, then visit her cottage northeast of Strawberry to pick up the statue.
Spoiler: where the Squirrel Statue goes
Hold onto the statue until you finish American Venom and the credits. Then place it above the fireplace at Beecher's Hope. That placement is what closes out the Hunting Requests entry in Total Completion, and getting the statue from Ms. Hobbs doesn't finish the entry by itself.
FAQ
Does Hunting Requests count toward 100%?
Yes. Every request is required for 100%, so none of them can be skipped.
Do I need the later statue recoveries for 100%?
No. Those recoveries belong to It's Art, and they aren't required for 100%.
