To increase Luck in Throw Food For Animals on Roblox, equip the highest-tier food you can afford, train Throw Power so your throws travel farther, and aim for Perfect stops on the timing meter. Luck decides how rare the animal from a throw can be, and it builds as the food travels down the lane. In this Roblox game, you throw food down a lane to attract animals to your plot, so every gain in Luck means a better shot at a rare catch. A Server Luck boost can add more on top, but it is an optional extra that costs Robux.
| Method | What it does | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Higher-tier food | Adds more Luck as the food travels through the air | In-game money |
| Throw Power training | Sends food farther, into zones with higher Luck ranges | Time at the pull-up bar |
| Perfect timing stop | Adds about +18 to +20 Throw Power to that throw | No extra cost |
| Server Luck boost | Raises Luck for everyone in the server for 15 minutes | Robux |
Equip the Highest-Tier Food You Can Afford
Food is the simplest way to raise Luck. Higher-tier food gives more Luck as it travels through the air, which improves your chances of attracting rarer animals. The Food Shop lists each food by tier and rarity. Toast and Orange are Tier 2, Pear and Cheese are Tier 3, and Legendary and Mythic foods are higher still.
The money for food comes from your plot. The animals you keep there earn money every second, and you can spend that money on Legendary, Mythic, or higher-tier food.
- Step into the blue ring in front of the blue-and-white Food Shop stall to open the shop.
- Scroll to the food you want. Press EQUIP if you already own it, or pay its price to buy it.
- Close the shop and check that the EQUIPPED label is on your choice before you head to the lane.
Owning a better food doesn't help on its own. Every throw uses the food you have equipped, and it stays that way until you change it.

Train Throw Power to Carry Food Into Farther Biomes
Luck isn't a permanent stat you can check the way you check Throw Power. It appears on screen during the throw and climbs as the food moves farther down the lane.

Throw Power decides how far your food goes. Without enough of it, a throw stops in the first three zones, so the higher Luck ranges never come into play, even if your food is top tier. Each pull-up rep earns XP, and each level you gain adds +5 Throw Power. The bar you train on sets how much XP each rep earns, so upgrading it speeds up your levels. Upgrades are bought at the yellow circle in front of the pull-up station.
- Walk to the pull-up station on your plot and step inside the white ring around the bar.
- Hit the quick-time click prompts as they appear. Each completed rep adds the bar's XP.
- Press the red STOP button when you're ready to end the session.
Land Perfect Stops for Extra Reach
The throw meter is a vertical bar that charges as you start your throw. Stopping it close to the top marker gives you a Perfect stop, which adds about +18 to +20 Throw Power to that throw. A GREAT stop lands just under that bonus.
The direct benefit of a Perfect stop is extra distance. Since Luck builds with distance, that reach can carry your food into a higher Luck range than the same throw would reach on its own.
- Run to the head of the throwing lane, the bright green path that leads away from the plots.
- Line up the green aiming cursor on the lane, then tap when "TAP TO THROW!" appears.
- Stop the vertical meter as close to the top marker as you can.
The Perfect bonus stacks on top of the Throw Power your training has built, so the two work together.
Use Server Luck Boosts in Throw Food For Animals
A Server Luck boost raises Luck for everyone in the server, and each boost lasts 15 minutes. It comes in four tiers, and each one costs Robux:
- 2x for 19 Robux
- 4x for 39 Robux
- 8x for 79 Robux
- 16x for 159 Robux
Prices can change, so check the in-game shop before you buy. When a boost is running, equip the best food you can reach with and make your throws during those 15 minutes.
Admin Abuse events can also bring server-wide Luck boosts. During one, throw food on the map to claim animals of high rarities and big sizes, and keep an eye out for them while you play. The shop may also offer a Super Lucky Throw. Read its description and price in the shop before buying, since both can change.
