How to Find the Hidden Teddy Bear and Enter the Secret Hollow
The challenge begins in a normal match of BEAR (Alpha). Search the map for the teddy bear, since it spawns at random and has no fixed spot. Once you have it, the steps run in this order:
- Play a regular match of BEAR as a Survivor.
- Find the hidden teddy bear and keep exploring the map until you do.
- Keep the bear with you until the round ends.
- Open the quest menu, click the Hollow button, and select Sleep.
The Bear is the main risk during the search. If it catches you, your progress resets and you have to start the challenge over, so keep track of where it is while you look. Sleep teleports you into the secret version of The Hollow, which is where the puzzles are.
Solving the Four Trophy Puzzles in the Secret Hollow
The secret version has four colored trophies, and each one comes from its own puzzle. Solve all four to collect them, because the final trophy is what starts the escape.
- Yellow trophy: Click the wall paintings to rotate them until they're all in the correct positions. Take the trophy and bring it back to the pedestal.
- Orange trophy: Find an eye symbol on the ground and stand on it to reveal a code. Enter the code at the designated spot.
- Purple trophy: Find the hidden piece of cheese somewhere in the puzzle area. Pick it up and deliver it to the correct spot.
- Green trophy: Find the tape in the green area and insert it into the TV there. Memorize the shape sequence on the screen, then enter it when prompted.
Each puzzle asks for a different kind of task, from rotating paintings to remembering a pattern, so read the room before you start moving things around.
Escaping the Distorted Bear for the NO REST FOR 'WICKED Badge
Once the final trophy is collected, a cutscene plays and the screen glitches. Start running when the cutscene ends. Reaching the exit completes the chase.
Follow the Pink Leaves path toward the exit. Avoid the holes in the floor, and keep an eye on your stamina as you run. If you die, you restart only this segment, not the whole challenge, so you don't have to redo the trophy puzzles.
Claiming the Bear Plush Backpack From the Floor 9 Secret Room
Once the badge is yours, claim the reward:
- Return to The Hollow Event Hub.
- Go to Floor 9 and work through the maze to find the Secret Room.
- Interact with the pedestal inside.
The Secret Room sits inside the Floor 9 maze, so give yourself time to get through it. The pedestal gives you the Bear Plush Backpack, a UGC item, along with an event badge and 10 Hollow Tickets.
