Tusk is a ranged Stand in A Bizarre Run, and you get it by using a Stand Arrow. It works best when you keep opponents at medium to long range and wear them down with nail attacks, saving Nail Slash and Nail Glide for anyone who gets too close. A Stand is a special fighting power with its own moves, and it works alongside everyday tools like the Revolver and Dynamite.
| Move | Role | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Focused Nail Shot | Heavy hits at range | Fires a powerful nail; hold the button to charge it for more damage |
| Rapid Nail Shot | Mid-range pressure | Showers the opponent with a barrage of nails |
| Barrage | Combo finisher | Knocks the opponent back |
| Nail Slash | Close-range response | Slashes directly forward and stuns |
| Nail Glide | Movement | Dashes a moderate distance |
| Custom Revolver | Bonus ranged attack | Shoots nails, but you have a limited supply |
How to Get Tusk in A Bizarre Run
Getting Tusk takes three steps, and the last one is where chance comes in.
- Collect five Stand Arrow Fragments. Clearing races and Spin Tickets both give fragments, so you can work toward them through racing, tickets, or a mix of both.
- Craft a Stand Arrow. Five fragments are enough to craft one.
- Use the Stand Arrow. Each arrow gives you a chance to receive Tusk.
Tusk isn't a sure thing, so one arrow may not be enough. Each arrow is another attempt, so keep collecting fragments and crafting more instead of stopping after the first pull.

Keeping Opponents at Range With Tusk's Nail Shots
Tusk's abilities work best at medium to long range, so your first goal in any fight is to avoid getting pulled into close combat. Its ranged attacks pair well with the Revolver and Dynamite, and you can switch between them as the moment calls for. That keeps the pressure on and pushes opponents toward mistakes that cost them health.
The two nail shots do different jobs:
- Focused Nail Shot hits hard. Charging it up before you release is what raises the damage.
- Rapid Nail Shot works best in the middle of a fight. Its barrage pushes opponents back toward long range, where Tusk is strongest.
Tusk's standard M1 attacks are fairly weak, so the nail moves do most of the work. Custom Revolver can fire extra nails, but its supply is limited, so treat it as a bonus rather than the core of your plan.
Handling Opponents Who Get Too Close
Sooner or later, someone will get inside Tusk's comfort zone, and that's where Nail Slash comes in. It's a close-range slash that goes straight forward and stuns the opponent, which gives you a moment to act.
Nail Glide is what creates the space. It dashes you a moderate distance, so chaining it right after Nail Slash takes you out of the close fight and back toward the range where you can shoot.
Moving Around While Tusk Is Equipped
Tusk changes how your avatar gets around. While it's equipped, your avatar crawls along the ground, a style meant to echo Johnny Joestar from Steel Ball Run. Tusk has a few tools that soften this limit, but your general movement still isn't as nimble or as free to control as it is with other Stands.
The fix is your horse. Use it to cover ground around the field and to outrun opponents you'd rather not fight, while Tusk's nail moves handle the fighting. Nail Glide can also help you reposition, since it's one of Tusk's movement tools.
Building and Using Awakening With Tusk
Awakening is Tusk's power boost, and it builds from your own hits. Landing hits fills the Awakening gauge, and once it's ready, you can activate it.
- Land hits to fill the Awakening gauge.
- Press G when the gauge is ready.
- Keep attacking while Awakening is active. Every move deals more damage in this powered-up state.
Because the gauge fills from landing hits, the same ranged pressure that keeps opponents at a distance is also what builds toward Awakening. You don't need a separate plan for it. When a fight is going your way, that's the moment to press G and push harder.
Playing Tusk in Battlegrounds
Battlegrounds is a free-for-all, and that makes Tusk's weak spots harder to work around. Its limited movement matters more when any player in the match can come after you, and you may need to watch more than one opponent at a time.
Even so, Tusk is still fairly easy to use there. The same tools still apply, so use the nail shots to keep up pressure and reach for Nail Slash and Nail Glide when someone gets close.
