All 117 Orbs and What They Do in Peglin

Updated on November 1, 2026 (3 days ago)

In Peglin, a pachinko-style game, orbs are the balls you drop onto the board to attack. Each one bounces through the pegs, and every peg it hits adds to the damage that reaches the enemy. Every orb works a little differently, so the ones you pick shape how each run plays out. Players can collect and keep track of every orb as they find them.

How Orbs Work in Peglin

Each shot starts with the orb you drop. As it bounces off the pegs, every peg it hits adds to its damage and then pops off the board, so the board thins out as the fight goes on. The path an orb takes matters as much as the orb itself, since a longer run of hits builds a bigger attack.

Pegs add some twists. A critical peg switches the orb to its critical damage value, which is usually higher than its normal damage. That change covers the whole shot, including pegs hit before the critical peg, and it lasts until the orb leaves the board. Refresh pegs reset the board when they're hit, so pegs you already cleared come back and a clever bounce can open up more hits. Every orb has its own effect, so the same board can play out very differently depending on what you drop.

Peglin Orb Rarity and Where to Get Orbs

Every orb falls into one of four rarity tiers: common, uncommon, rare and special. Common, uncommon and rare orbs show up as rewards after battles and can be bought in shops, so they're the orbs you'll meet during a normal run. Special orbs never appear as rewards or in shops, so you won't pick them up the usual way.

Starting Orbs for Each Class

Every run starts with three Pebballs plus the class's own starting orb. Peglin begins with Daggorb, Balladin with Sphear, Roundrel with Evasive Maneuvorb, and Spinventor with Splatorb. That starting set is all you have until your first battle reward, so it shapes your first few fights.

How to Upgrade Peglin Orbs

Upgrade offers come from battle rewards and random events. Most orbs can be raised to their top level, and the Egg is the exception since it can't be upgraded at all. Most upgrades raise damage, which is the simplest way to make a weak orb hit harder. A few change how the orb works instead, such as how many enemies it passes through, so read what an upgrade actually does before you take it.

Which Peglin Orbs Are Worth Keeping

Pebballs are generally weak. They have no special effect, so they're best removed as soon as you can. They only earn their place when you build around an orb that uses them.

Bob-Orb works differently. It deals no damage itself and instead turns pegs into bombs, which another orb or a well-placed bounce has to set off.

FAQ

Q.

How do you remove an orb in Peglin?

Orbs can be removed in a few places. Some events offer a chance to remove one of your orbs, and Haglin's shop also lets you remove an orb, so you don't have to wait for an event.

Q.

Which Peglin orbs are only for certain characters?

Some orbs are tied to specific classes. Evasive Maneuvorb is only for Roundrel, Sphear can be found by Peglin and Balladin, and Splatorb can be found by Peglin and Spinventor. Daggorb is open to every class except Spinventor. For the other classes, Pebballs only come from the start or events.

Q.

What does the Orbelisk do in Peglin?

The Orbelisk has no damage of its own. Its power comes from the Pebballs and Bouldorbs you carry, so it hits harder the more of those you have. It hits every enemy in its column without needing a critical hit. Upgrades make each Pebball and Bouldorb count for more, and at the top level, the Orbelisks get a boost of their own.
