Murder Duels is a Roblox game where players fight one-on-one or in team duels, each carrying a knife and a revolver. Its cases are reward boxes you open for a random item, and each one has its own mix of items and rarity. Knowing how they work before you spend your coins makes the choice much easier.

What Are Murder Duels Cases?
A case is a reward box, and the items it can give form its own set. The cases are Recruit, Founder's, Space, Finishers and Hallow's. Most of them hold skins for knives and revolvers, the two weapons everyone carries, but Finishers Case gives finisher effects instead.
How to Get Murder Duels Cases
You buy cases in the Shop with coins, and you earn coins by playing matches. Coins also go toward other items in the Shop, so every case you buy is coins you can't spend on something else.
How Murder Duels Case Odds Work
Opening a case is random, so you can't choose the item you get. Every item belongs to a rarity tier, and the tiers run from Uncommon up through Rare, Epic, Legendary and Secret. The higher the tier, the less often it comes up. Hallow's Case also has a Collectible tier.
The mix of tiers changes from case to case. Recruit Case and Finishers Case start at Uncommon, so most of their rolls land in that tier. Founder's Case, Space Case and Hallow's Case start at Rare, so every roll gives a Rare item or better.
A tier's chance is split across every item in that tier, so any single item is far less likely than the tier as a whole. That's why a skin in a top tier can take a long time to show up. Check the weapon type too, because the same name can appear as both a knife and a revolver in one case, like Inferno in Founder's Case or Hacker in Recruit Case.
How to Get a Specific Murder Duels Skin
A case is a gamble. You pay, then get whatever the roll lands on, which may not be the skin you wanted. If one particular skin is what you're after, that can mean many tries, so it helps to know the other two routes.
The Shop sells some weapon skins directly, so if the one you want is listed, you can buy that exact skin without rolling. You can also trade with other players, so if someone has the skin you want and wants something you have, a trade can get it for you.
Are Murder Duels Cases Worth It?
That depends on what you want from a case. If you enjoy the surprise and like the look of most of a case's items, opening one can be a fun way to spend coins. If there's one skin you're after, buying it outright or trading for it is the more direct choice.
Before you spend coins, check the Shop for what's on offer and what it costs. That way you know exactly what your coins will get you.
No single case is the clear best buy. Finishers Case is the one to pick for finisher effects, while the others are the cases for weapon skins.
FAQ
Can you trade Murder Duels skins with other players?
Yes. When you look at a trade, you add what you'd give on one side and what you'd get on the other. Then you compare the value on each side to see which one comes out ahead.
What is the rarest finisher in Finishers Case?
Time Stop is the rarest. It sits in the Secret tier, while Eagle, Lightning Strike, Eruption and Star Fall are in the Legendary tier. Names like K.O., Mogged, Slap and Fart fall in the Uncommon tier.
