Group birds by island to keep the route efficient. Broker and Dukes cover the east, Algonquin the centre, Bohan the north and Alderney the west. Many perches sit on high industrial structures and waterfront towers where a rifle from a nearby roof or bridge is the cleanest option. Access follows the normal Liberty City island openings, so match the sweep to story progress. Each bird counts once toward the episode's completion tracking.

Are seagulls available from the start?

After the opening missions give full movement, with safer access once each island is naturally open.

Do I need anything special to destroy them?

Any firearm works. The challenge is reaching the correct perch and confirming line of sight.

Is the reward distinct from the base game?

The collection follows the episode's own completion tracking, separate from Niko's pigeons.
