This list covers The Ballad of Gay Tony vehicle additions and returning episode variants. The episode also uses the base GTA IV fleet. Mission-only and cutscene-only models are labeled so you can distinguish a usable pickup from a story appearance.

APC
Collecting seagulls alone is not enough for the construction-site reward.
- Category
- Emergency
- Availability
- Henrique delivery, reward and cheat

This row identifies a story prop; it cannot replace a working police cruiser.
- Category

- Acquisition
- After Departure Time, Yusuf’s gold Buzzard replaces the Swift beside the West River golf area. Phone 359-555-2899 also spawns a Buzzard.

The magnet does not operate in free roam, so retaining the aircraft does not give a working cargo-lifting service.
- Category
- Helicopters
- Availability
- Mission aircraft; exploit-dependent retention
- Acquisition
- It appears in For the Man Who Has Everything. Recovering it uses a mission exploit; the 2012 PS3 patch blocks that method, with Caught with Your Pants Down providing an alternative on PS3.
Swift
This helicopter is a changing helipad pickup, not an aircraft delivered by Henrique.
- Category
- Helicopters
- Availability
- Helipad pickup before story completion
- Acquisition
- Check the helipad beside the West River golf area in western Algonquin. The gold Buzzard replaces it after Departure Time.
Henrique’s delivery unlocks
After I Luv LC, Henrique can supply the modified Serrano, Turismo, Buffalo and Cavalcade FXT. No. 3 adds the F620 and Bullet GT; Departure Time adds the APC. Motorcycles, helicopters, the standard Cavalcade and Yusuf’s Super Drop Diamond are not part of that menu.
Changing story rewards
For the Man Who Has Everything unlocks Yusuf’s Super Drop Diamond. The APC construction-site pickup also requires all 50 seagulls. After Departure Time, the gold Buzzard replaces the Swift at the West River golf-area helipad, so collect the Swift beforehand if that is the model you want.
Restricted models
The Lost Slamvan and Skylift need mission exploits to retain, with a platform restriction on the Skylift method. The wrecked police cruiser is a cutscene prop. The Police Bike, Buffalo Police Cruiser and Police Stinger are multiplayer-only and are excluded, along with the unused Brickade and stock Schafter.
