A single penthouse, not a portfolio
Unlike GTA IV, this add-on centers on a high-end apartment in Algonquin. It becomes available early and stays your primary save point through the Tony storyline.
Use it with the club routine
Combine saves with Maisonette 9 and Hercules access. Park vehicles in the designated spaces outside before starting club management or drug war sessions so you keep a preferred car nearby after a mission reload.
