Escape from Duckov is an extraction shooter where you play a duck building a bunker base, heading out on raids to loot what you can, and trying to get back alive. Blueprints are the crafting recipes that let your base make a specific item, such as a rifle, a set of armor, or a medical supply. You find them out in the world, bring them home, and register them at the Workbench before the item can be crafted.

What Are Blueprints in Escape from Duckov?
A blueprint is a crafting recipe that has to be unlocked before your base can make the item it describes. Materials alone aren't enough, because your base can't build something it hasn't learned yet. Blueprints cover weapons, ammo, armor, medical supplies, tools, and more, so every one you unlock adds a new item to what you can make.
Where to Find Blueprints
Most blueprints sit at fixed spots on the maps. On Ground Zero, for example, the Crowbar blueprint is in the Data Box beside the wooden stairs at the campsite, and J-Lab hides one for armor-piercing rounds in a room behind a movable bookshelf. A few come from people and quests instead, like the Ultimate Space Protection Suit blueprint from Min in the Storm Area, and the Mysterious Merchant in the Warehouse District cellar sells some.
Knowing where these spots are is what makes a raid pay off. Once you know a few reliable ones, you can plan short, repeatable routes that pick up blueprints without wandering the whole map. You also get out sooner with the loot you came for, which keeps the risk down.
How to Register Blueprints at the Workbench
Bring a blueprint back to base and register it at the Workbench. Registering is what turns it into a recipe you can use, so the item only shows up for crafting after you've done this. The Workbench is also where you craft and repair gear.
What Happens to Blueprints If You Die?
A blueprint you're carrying is at risk, just like the rest of your loot. If you die, everything in your active inventory is lost, so a blueprint you haven't brought home can be lost with it. That's why it pays to leave a raid on time once you've found one, instead of pushing for one more box.
Which Blueprints Matter Most Early On?
Ammo tends to come first, because without it a raid barely works. Armor and helmets come next, since they decide whether one bad fight ends your run. Medical supplies matter just as much, because they keep a run alive when things go wrong. Storage and bags give you more room for loot.
You don't need every blueprint right away, and chasing all of them at once spreads your effort thin. Pick the ones that unlock your next step and work on one project at a time. If you hunt bosses, lean on ammo and armor. If you mostly collect loot, storage matters more.
FAQ
Why won't my blueprint show up for crafting?
Make sure you registered it at the Workbench, since finding it on a raid isn't enough by itself. The item also needs its materials, so check the recipe's parts before you head out.
Do I need to find a blueprint again after I register it?
No. Once it's registered, the item stays unlocked, so you can craft it whenever you have the materials.
Which blueprints do I start with?
A few recipes are known at the Workbench from the start, with no blueprint needed: the Butcher Knife, Shoddy Bow, Wooden Arrow and Shovel. That gives you a melee weapon, a bow with arrows and a digging tool before you've found much loot.
