All 3 Stations in Build the Pyramid!

Updated on (9 days ago)

Speed and Strength only move while you are on a station in the gym beside the pyramid. Pick the wrong machine and you will get very good at the stat you did not need.

How to use this collection

Status tells you whether that station is in the gym. Confirmed means you can use it. Unconfirmed means it may not be its own machine, so Trains, How to use, and Cost stay empty. Trains is only the stat that station is agreed to raise, which is why carry capacity is not written there. Cost is Free when the station takes no Coins.

A pad in a higher gym is not a new station. The treadmill and the bench show up there too, and the label on the pad is that gym's multiplier. Training does not cost Coins. Bulk Pickup is the coin upgrade for how many blocks you grab at once, not Strength. Codes and the free gift are not machines. Waters of Nu is a timed training spot inside the pyramid, not a gym station. Jumping leaves the station you are on. The bench has no single known start button, so do not treat one key as the only way on. Carry capacity is still unresolved: it may follow the bench or Strength, or it may belong to a separate weights machine.

Treadmill

This free track is in the gym beside the pyramid, including the pads marked FREE. It raises Speed, also shown as Walk Speed, and it does not cost Coins. The same kind of treadmill is in the higher gyms, and the pad label is that gym's multiplier rather than a different machine. It is also described as an electric treadmill or a running station.

Bench Press

This free bench is in the gym next to the treadmill, under the yellow GYM sign. It raises Strength, and it does not cost Coins. Guides and gameplay clips also connect this bench, or the Strength stat, to how many blocks you can carry, while one training write-up gives that job to a separate weights machine. That split is not settled.

Arm Strength Weights

This machine is not confirmed as its own station. One training write-up lists it separately and says it raises how many blocks you can carry. Other guides and September gameplay clips show only the treadmill and the bench, so there is no agreed place to stand.

Pick the stat you are short on

Use the treadmill when walking back to the pyramid takes too long. The lightning icon is Speed, the stat that climbs there. Walk Speed on that icon is the same number with a longer name.

Use the bench when you want Strength. The flexed-arm icon is the one that moves, and Capacity is drawn with it. If you are dropping blocks, the gym will not hand you a clean answer. Guides tie those extra blocks to the bench or to Strength, and one wiki ties them to Arm Strength Weights.

Level-ups show up as Speed Level Up or Strength Level Up. There is no capacity toast to chase, which saves you a lap around the gym.

Only one stat is listening

The station under your feet is the only one working. A long sit on the treadmill will not sneak Strength up in the background. Staying on the machine still counts, even if you walk away from the keyboard, so an idle session is a real way to train. It is also a reliable way to come back better at the stat you forgot you needed.

FAQ

Q.

Can I train Speed and Strength at the same time?

No. You are on one station, so only that stat climbs. Jump off, then use the other machine when you want to switch.

Q.

Do gym passes add new stations?

No. The free gym already has the treadmill and the bench. A gym pass opens a higher multiplier gym, and the machines there are the same types. Pharaoh and Sun God change building, not which station you stand on.

Q.

Why does a level-up sometimes show more than +1?

The toast follows the gym pad, not the machine. FREE pads go up by 1, and a 2x pad has shown +2. That multiplier belongs to the gym. A painted 3x is not an official gym pass, and it is still the same station.

Q.

Is there a max Speed or Strength?

No max is given for Speed or Strength. Stay on the treadmill or the bench for the stat you want, and change gyms when you want a larger gain on each level-up.
