Higher gyms pay more Speed and Strength for the same kind of rep. Open the next one by finishing pyramids, or pay that gym's skip if you would rather not build them first.
How to use this collection
Multiplier is the training rate on that gym's pads. Pyramids required is the number of finished pyramids that opens the gym for free. Optional skip is the Robux pass and price for that gym. The base gym is open from the start and needs no pass.

The treadmill and bench are the same machine types in every gym. Train in the highest gym you have open for a larger gain per rep. Gyms cost no Coins once their pyramid requirement or skip unlocks them. Waters of Nu, marked 2X TRAINING INSIDE, is a temporary training spot inside the completed pyramid. It is separate from the 2x Gym. Pharaoh and Sun God change building and pyramid rewards; they are separate from gym skips. Admin Gym is a pass-only gym with no confirmed multiplier or free pyramid requirement.

Climb on finished pyramids
A finished pyramid advances the pyramid counter by 1. That counter is the free key for the next gym: meet the requirement and the gym opens. The training notes treat that unlock as permanent. The base gym is already open, so your first reps are not stuck behind a shop button.
Buy a skip for the gym you want
A skip removes the pyramid requirement for the gym named on the pass. The base gym has no skip. The pass opens that gym. It does not do the reps, so you still train on a station inside it after you buy in.

FAQ
Does the 100x pass unlock the lower gyms?
Unlock 100x Gym guarantees access to the 100x gym. Lower-tier access is not confirmed by that promise, so check the purchase description before treating it as a bundle.
Do I open a gym by placing enough blocks?
The free requirement is finished pyramids, rather than a number of blocks placed. Complete the shared pyramid and check the pyramid counter on your screen.
If another player finishes a pyramid, do I get their gym?
Use the pyramid counter on your own screen to check whether you meet the next gym's requirement. Do not assume another player's unlocked tier is yours.
Are the 75x and 100x gyms real?
Yes. The 75x gym has a free requirement of 50 finished pyramids, and the 100x gym requires 100. Each also has its own optional Robux unlock.
Does the base gym have a skip?
No pass is needed for the base gym. You can train there immediately. Unlock 2x Gym is the first optional skip, at 29 Robux.
