Brook's Diner
Brooks Diner was a diner in Brookhaven located where Jett's now stands, by the airport and motels. It was removed in the Christmas 2024 Update which brought back the Burger Barn in its place and remodeled it. The diner had a few seats, a bar, small kitchen, and small bathroom. It was a very small restaurant.

Brookhaven Bank
The Brookhaven Bank is the bank of Brookhaven that is usually being used for robbing roleplays. The player can check their account and work at the bank. It is next to Rockstar where players can buy clothing. When the player is done robbing the bank, they can escape the bank, they can jump onto the plant, and then walk until they're at the edge of the vent. Then, they can enter the Criminal Base.

Ice Cream Shop
The Ice Cream store is a typical store associated with ice cream. There's a sign of the store named on the outside, which displays "Ice Cream". Inside, there's a counter on the left side of the store where the player can get ice cream and "pay". Above the counter, there are the following flavors of Ice Cream: Chocolate, Vanilla, Birthday Cake, and Bubblegum. On the right side, there are chairs and tables where the player can eat.

Lake Madison
Lake Madison has a red sign stating its name, behind there's land surrounded by water, since it's a lake. On the land, there's a few mats on it that are stripe-colored. Across from that, there's the Land Unlocked icon. If you click it, it gives you an option to buy the gamepass if you haven't already. If you already have it, then it should let you pick the house you want it to spawn as it loads when you make sure you want to spawn that house. Inside the lake also have the cruise ship, Paraside falls and Brookhaven hot springs.

Movie theater
The cinema is a movie theater in Brookhaven. It is located in the mall and did not get updated in the mall remodel. However, it got moved and shrunken when the Carnival took the malls place. There are some secrets in the cinema. Like the codes and the wall glitch. The movie codes are codes that are scattered around the map. One code is by the left side of the Arch near Eagle View House Plot. Memorize it, then type in the code on the projector and it plays a secret movie.
