BedWars is Roblox's take on the classic bed-defense battler: teams spawn on islands with a bed, harvest generator resources, and spend them on blocks, weapons, and tools to defend their own bed while breaking everyone else's. Lose your bed and every death is final; keep it and you can respawn your way through almost any disaster.
The kit roster is the game's signature layer. More than a hundred kits spread across fighter, ranged, support, economy, defender, and destroyer classes, each with its own ability and often exclusive shop items, from the Archer's tactical crossbow to full pet-summoning kits. Weekly free rotations let everyone sample the catalog before spending.
Matches are decided by economy as much as aim: iron streams into gear, diamonds into team upgrades, emeralds into the power spikes. Enchantments add combat effects to your attacks. Repair the Enchant Table with Diamonds, then spend Emeralds to roll an effect, from burn and chain lightning to finishers, healing, and health scaling. Your choice lasts until death or replacement, so treat a good roll like gear you do not want to donate to the void.
Kits:
Kits are the character layer of BedWars: each brings an ability, a class role like fighter, economy, or destroyer, and often exclusive shop items that reshape what you can buy mid-match. They are bought mainly with Robux, cycle through free weekly rotations, and define playstyle far more than any weapon purchase. The class balance of a team usually matters more than any single pick.
Items:
Items cover the whole in-match shop: sword and tool upgrade ladders, the block catalog with its cost and blast-resistance trade-offs, ammo, consumables, and utility gear from balloons to teleporters, plus kit-exclusive entries. Prices run through iron, gold, diamonds, and emeralds. Fast, correct shopping under pressure is half of what separates good teams.

BedWars Gameplay Tips
- Protect the bed before upgrading anything. Layered blocks with different break tools beat one thick wall of the same material.
- Collect iron constantly in the early game. The first emerald splurge matters less than a steady stream of tools, blocks, and swords.
- Learn your kit's job and play it. An economy kit fighting mid or a fighter farming base currency wastes what you paid for.
- Break enemy beds before hunting kills. A player without a bed is permanently one fight from elimination; a player with one is not.
- Buy a pickaxe early. Most defenses fall to the right tool faster than to any sword.
- Watch the shop's kit rotation weekly; free kit weeks are the cheapest way to learn what to buy.
- Bridge with cheap blocks and fight on your own bridges, where you control the geometry and the fall.
