Steal Animal Egg Speed Farming Guide

Updated on October 6, 2026 (about 5 hours ago)

Speed determines how quickly you can leave the Safe Zone, reach an egg, and get back while its guardian chases you in Steal Animal Egg. The game spreads Speed across several systems, including the personal Table, Food, Playtime rewards, Animal Index claims, Trails, and the Shop. A practical order is to claim new animal rewards, build Pen income, and put that Cash back into Table upgrades.

What Speed does in Steal Animal Egg

When you leave the Safe Zone, Speed affects the trip to distant eggs and the return to your base. A faster avatar can reach collection areas sooner and has a better chance of outrunning the egg guardian on the way back.

That makes Speed useful throughout an egg run. You can improve it through repeatable Table training, one-time Index claims, timed Playtime rewards, Cash-based multipliers, or an optional Robux purchase.

Every way to get Speed in Steal Animal Egg

Here are the game systems that can give you Speed. The live menus show the current costs, reward amounts, thresholds, and multiplier values, so use those panels when you make a purchase.

How to farm Speed with the Table

The personal Table is the main repeatable place to build Speed. Sit in front of it and let the normal Speed gain run over time. Sitting gives you the normal Speed gain, while the upgrade panel lets you spend Cash or Robux to increase that gain.

Use the Table upgrade option shown in the live panel and pay with the displayed currency. Each upgrade raises the amount of Speed you gain per second, so the next level becomes the main target for the Cash you earn from your animals. The game also offers Robux upgrades, but you can keep the normal routine focused on animal income and Cash if you do not want to spend Robux.

Order Food while seated

Food adds a separate Speed boost to your Table session. While you are seated, open the Food tab on the left side of the screen, select an available item, and order it with Cash. Consume the order to apply the boost.

The game can change the items, costs, or effect details shown in this panel, so check the current Food entry before you spend Cash. The important part of the sequence is Table, Food tab, item, order, then consume.

How Animal Index rewards speed up farming

A first-time animal collection creates an entry in the Animal Index. Open that entry after you obtain the animal and claim the displayed Speed and Cash rewards. The Index screenshot below shows the separate reward controls on a claimed Duck entry.

When Speed is your goal, look for unclaimed animals instead of repeatedly collecting one that is already registered. A new entry gives you the one-time Index claim, while a repeat collection does not replace that reward. Claim both the Speed and Cash parts of an entry when the panel makes them available.

After you claim an animal's Index rewards, place the better earners you have available in the Pen. Their passive Cash gives you a way to keep funding Table upgrades, which raises your repeatable Speed gain. This creates a useful progression loop: find a new animal, claim its Index rewards, put a good earner in the Pen, and reinvest the Cash into the Table.

How Playtime rewards, Trails, and Speed packs fit the routine

Claim Playtime rewards between runs

Open the Playtime menu whenever an entry becomes available and claim the reward shown there. Speed can be one of the rewards, and the claimed rewards do not reset when you restart the game. You do not need to memorize the time thresholds; the menu tells you which entry is ready.

Buy one Trail from the Trail Shop

The Trail Shop sells Trails for Cash. Some Trails raise your Speed multiplier, while others raise your Cash multiplier, and you can equip only one Trail at a time. Check the current effect before buying so you know whether the Trail helps your next egg run or helps pay for a future Table upgrade.

Treat Run Speed packs as optional

The Shop sells Run Speed packs for Robux and applies them as an instant Speed option. They are useful if you want a direct paid boost, but they are separate from the normal Index, Pen, and Table progression loop. You do not need one to follow the routine below.

A practical normal Speed farming routine in Steal Animal Egg

Use this order when you return to the game:

  1. Open the Playtime menu and claim every available reward.
  2. Check the Animal Index for new entries from animals you have collected, then claim their Speed and Cash.
  3. Put your strongest available income-producing animals in the Pen.
  4. Spend the Cash from the Pen and your recent Index claims on the next Table upgrade.
  5. Sit at the Table and use the Food tab if the displayed boost is worth the Cash cost.
  6. Buy a Trail when the current multiplier supports your plan. Prioritize a Speed multiplier for travel or a Cash multiplier when you are building toward another Table upgrade.
  7. Try the furthest egg route your current Speed can complete and return from safely. If the guardian catches you, return to the Table loop and wait for another Index claim, upgrade, Food boost, or Trail before pushing farther.

Keep Run Speed packs as a separate paid choice. For normal progression, the next unclaimed Index entry and the next affordable Table upgrade give you clear goals whenever you come back to Steal Animal Egg.
