If you've reached the Enchanted Forest but Wisp isn't there, check your Speed before searching the biome. Use 50B Speed as the safe target, then open Wisp's Grow Your Wisp panel and complete its three objectives in order: steal 20 Enchanted Forest eggs, fuse one Enchanted Forest animal with three matching pets, and steal any Eternal. After that, you still need to return Wisp through the panel before the Enchanted Tree door opens.
How to find Wisp in Steal An Egg
Wisp appears in the Enchanted Forest once your Speed is high enough. Use 50B as the safe threshold for this route. The lower 20B threshold appears in reports but is unconfirmed, so don't plan around it.
Enter the Enchanted Forest and look on the right side near the entrance, the recommended Speed board, or the tree area. A yellow marker can identify Wisp's spawn, and the glowing NPC shows an E/Open prompt when you're close. Interact with Wisp to open the Grow Your Wisp panel. It starts at Stage 1, shows four stages, and unlocks the quest rows one at a time.

Why can't I see Wisp?
If you have 50B Speed and the marker still doesn't appear, leave the experience and rejoin. You can also switch servers or try a private server if you have access to one.
How to complete the three Wisp quests in Steal An Egg
Open the Grow Your Wisp panel after you find the NPC. The first row is available at the start, and each later objective unlocks only after the previous one is complete.
1. Steal 20 Enchanted Forest eggs
Steal 20 eggs from the Enchanted Forest, then return them to your base. The quest panel starts at 0/20 and Quest 2 stays locked until the count reaches 20/20. The panel names the biome and count but doesn't specify a special rarity or weight, so focus on getting 20 eggs back to base.
2. Fuse an Enchanted Forest animal
At your base, use the Fuse Machine with three matching pets from the Enchanted Forest and complete one fusion. The Wisp panel asks for one "Fuse an Enchanted Forest animal" objective, not 20 separate animals. You don't need a specific Prism Gecko recipe either. Use any three matching Enchanted Forest pets that the Fuse Machine accepts.

3. Steal any Eternal
Steal any Eternal Egg to finish the last quest. It doesn't need to come from the Enchanted Forest, so an Eternal from another biome works. Eternal Eggs appear periodically, so wait for the next spawn if none is available. Once the theft registers, the Return the Wisp button becomes available.
Return the Wisp and unlock the Enchanted Tree
The third objective isn't the final click. Open Grow Your Wisp again and select Return the Wisp after the Eternal objective completes. Returning Wisp moves it to Stage 4.
Then go back to the Enchanted Forest and find the large tree with the glowing spiral and sealed door. Interact with the door and choose Enter Enchanted Tree.
What to do inside the Enchanted Tree
The tree opens a secret area connected to the Enchanted Forest. Pick up the free Butterfly Net and find the Enchanted Mutation Shrine. Once you've done that, the Wisp unlock route is complete.
