The sealed tree at the end of the Enchanted Forest is only the start of this route. To reach the Secret Fusion Room in Steal an Egg, you need to finish the yellow Wisp's objectives, solve a mushroom memory puzzle with a player-specific order, and play the Cricket Banjo between the yellow crystals to raise the bridge.
This is the Enchanted Forest route, not the older Angels and Demons waterfall shrine. Follow the steps below from the Wisp quest panel to the hidden room.
How to unlock the Enchanted Tree in Steal an Egg
Enter the Enchanted Forest and find the yellow Wisp near the biome entrance or the Recommended Speed board. Speak to it and open the Grow Your Wisp panel. The Speed requirement can differ between reports, so treat the requirement shown in your game as final. If you need a target before trying, 50B is the safer number to aim for.
The panel shows the objectives you must finish before the tree entrance can open:
- Steal 20 Enchanted Forest eggs and return them to your base. The panel tracks this as 0/20 through 20/20.
- At the base Fuse Machine, complete one normal fusion using three matching Enchanted Forest pets. Matching means three copies of the same species. If your Wisp panel shows a different count or requirement, follow that live objective.
- Steal any Eternal Egg and return it to your base. An Eternal Egg from another biome counts on the current route, but the Wisp panel takes priority if the objective changes.
After the three objectives register, open Grow Your Wisp again and choose Return the Wisp. Go back to the large spiraling tree at the end of the Enchanted Forest, interact with its sealed entrance, and select Enter Enchanted Tree. If that option is missing, check the panel for an objective that has not registered yet.

How to reach the mushroom room in Steal an Egg
Inside the Enchanted Tree, look for the central altar. Use the nearby walkable platform to climb to the upper level, then jump left to the separate brown platform. Walk to the end of that platform and enter the white-steam or wind-like portal. It sends you to the room with the mushroom puzzle.
The portal is above the main floor, so searching around the base of the tree will not reveal it. Use the altar and the upper platforms as your landmarks.
How to solve the Enchanted Forest mushroom puzzle
The five-mushroom puzzle does not use one universal color code. Its order changes by player, so pressing a sequence copied from another guide may fail.
Solve it like this:
- Press the mushrooms one at a time until one of them triggers the black-screen clue.
- Press that mushroom again.
- Watch the revealed sequence and repeat it in the order shown. The sequence grows as you make progress, so keep track of every color rather than starting over with only the newest clue.
- Continue until all five mushrooms have been accepted and the way into the band room opens.
There is no fixed code for this puzzle. The clue shown in your own room is the sequence you need.
How to get the Cricket Banjo in Steal an Egg
Once the mushroom puzzle is complete, enter the band room and find the Jitterbug NPC playing the banjo. Interact with the NPC to receive the Cricket Banjo and Jitterbug Egg.
Keep the Cricket Banjo in your inventory for the final step. The bridge will not appear from reaching the band room alone.
How to open the bridge to the Secret Fusion Room
Return to the top of the Enchanted Tree and go to the platform opposite the large hall. Find the two yellow crystals on pillars and stand between them. Equip the Cricket Banjo, play it there, and wait for the bridge to appear.
Cross the bridge to enter the Secret Fusion Room. If nothing happens, confirm that you collected the Cricket Banjo from Jitterbug, equipped it, and played it while standing between the yellow crystals. The route ends once you reach the room; its separate fusion requirements are outside this guide's scope.
