WARDEN Sonaria Horror Escape takes place in the same world as Creatures of Sonaria, but it is a separate game with its own story. Something has gone wrong in Sonaria, so you start as Mylo and head into strange places full of monsters. Up to 8 players can team up and go in together.
Each trip into the monster areas is called a run, and you explore new places and push deeper as you progress. The main threat is the Corrupted, monsters that hunt you while you run, hide, and finish tasks. Along the way, you solve puzzles, look for secrets, and try to escape frightening bosses.
The goal is to survive as many Trials as you can, and each run is a fresh chance to beat your last one. As you play, you can discover and unlock new Delvers to play as, and collect cards and plushies that make you stronger. Leaderboards reset every month, so everyone gets to start climbing again.

Characters:
WARDEN's characters are the Delvers players control during Trials, and each one has an active ability and a Hunter, Support, Lure or Shield role. Every player starts as Mylo, and other characters are unlocked by spending Shooms, the game's currency. Teams tend to hold up better when their roles are mixed, since each role covers a different need. The best character depends on what a group is missing, so there's no single pick for every run.
Plushies:
Plushies are equippable items in WARDEN that give your character a bonus, such as extra speed, stamina or damage, while they stay equipped. Many come from the Survival, Utility and Supply Capsules. Each plushie shows its effect when you hover over it.
WARDEN Survival Escape Gameplay Tips
- Team up with friends when you can. The game rewards teaming up, and friends can keep watch while you focus on a task.
- Hide when a monster is close instead of running in the open. Hiding is a core part of the game, so it is a real option, not a last resort.
- Finish the task in front of you before going after secrets. Monsters keep chasing you while you wander, so the task comes first.
- Collect cards and plushies as you go. Each one helps your character grow stronger, which gives you a better shot at surviving more Trials.
- Favorite the game and join the Sonar Studios community. This unlocks exclusive in-game rewards, and it only takes a couple of clicks.
