Each division pays its reward once, on first entry, which makes climbing profitable exactly once and prestige forever after. Titles attach to divisions, so the name under your tag broadcasts the tier bracket at a glance. RT gains and losses scale with the fight, meaning the ladder self-corrects: hovering at a boundary is the system measuring you.
