Animals you place at your base earn Cash every second, and they don't all pay the same. The egg you hatch shapes which animal you get, so knowing which eggs lead where tells you what to aim for.

How to Get Animals in Climb For Animals Eggs
The loop goes like this:
- Climb to find an egg.
- Bring the egg back to your base.
- Hatch it.
- Place the animal at your base.
Which Eggs Lead to Which Animals
An egg name is a clue, not a promise, so treat these as leads rather than guaranteed results:
- Golden Dragon: A rare golden Demon Egg can hatch a Golden Dragon.
- Lava Dragon: A Dragon Egg can hatch a Lava Dragon.
- Dinosaur: A Dinosaur Egg in the dinosaur area can hatch a Dinosaur.
- Ice Phoenix: The Ice King Egg from the shop can hatch an Ice Phoenix as a Royal result.
- Fish: A golden egg can hatch a Fish.
How Much Each Animal Pays
Upgrades, rebirths and multipliers can change what an animal earns. For scale, a Winter-tier Sail Fish can pay $680/s and a Common Chicken can pay $1/s. Treat those as examples rather than fixed stats, since your own setup changes the number.
Index Speed for New Animals
Each new animal you log in the Index pays a Speed reward you can claim. Only new entries count, so hatching an animal you already have doesn't pay it again.
Speed and Cash are separate rewards: the Index pays Speed for new entries, and placed animals pay Cash.
These entries don't cover the whole Index, so collecting all of them doesn't finish the Index or the game.
Egg Mutations and Pet Traits
Golden, Diamond, Hacker, Lava and Candy show up as egg mutations or pet traits, and Rainbow is a trait an egg can carry, not a type of egg. Golden and Lava are also part of the hatch names Golden Dragon and Lava Dragon, so use the full name when you're looking for those animals. A Fox with a Hacker trait is still a Fox.
