Catch a Brainrot is an open-world creature collection RPG. You claim a first Brainrot on the Lab path, explore zone hubs and routes (Grass early, Ice later), and walk up to wild Brainrots to start fights. Battles run on Charge and Energy instead of classic PP: free Charge builds Energy, then costlier moves spend it to soften the target. When the fight is won, you throw a Rotbox and hope it sticks.
Rotboxes are the only catch tool, sold at the Rot Center shop in each zone hub for Coins or Robux. Stronger boxes matter as zones climb. Every catch also rolls a random ability set you cannot swap, so two of the same species can fight in very different ways. The long loop is explore, battle, catch, then rebuild the party for the next route.
