Grab, punch and shove rival cats until they fall out of the arena. There's no health bar to chip away at, so a cat near the edge can go out with one good shove. Fall out of the arena and you're eliminated.
Up to 10 cats can fight in one bout. Classic has no teams, and the last cat in the ring wins. In 2 Teams, your side fights to knock out the other side. In 4 Teams, four smaller teams battle for control of the ring. You earn Coins every bout. Opening crates gets you furs, sumo gear and emotes.

Abilities:
Abilities are the special moves cats use in Cat Battles. Pounce and Hiss cost 750 Coins each, Hairball costs 12,000, and some abilities come from bundles. If Coins are tight, your first choice is whether grabs or chasing down players costs you more fights.
Maps:
Cat Battles maps are the arenas where you fight to knock the other cats out of the ring. Each arena's edge plays differently, so look at the edge before you commit to a grab or a dash.
Game Modes:
Cat Battles bouts are ring fights, and the mode you pick sets how many sides you're up against. Classic is every cat for itself, while 2 Teams and 4 Teams group cats into sides. Pick a team mode if you like coordinating with a side, and Classic if you'd rather make every call yourself.
Collectibles
Furs:
Furs change how your cat looks in Cat Battles, and crates are one way to get them. Crates can give furs, sumo gear or emotes. While the Halloween Event is running, an Alien Egg hatched at the lobby circle can give you Black Widow, an Epic fur. Equip any fur from the Furs tab in your inventory to change your cat's look.

Cat Battles Gameplay Tips
- Near the Boxing Ring edge, grab a cat with Right Click. Carry it toward the ropes or the nearest open drop-off, then lift it over the edge with Shift.
- Dash is free and comes equipped by default, and Q fires it. It lasts 0.3 seconds with a 6-second cooldown, so save it for a dangerous shove or an escape.
- Pounce and Hiss each cost 750 Coins to unlock. Pounce leaps at the nearest cat, which makes it the chase pick. Hiss makes the cat holding you let go, which makes it the escape pick.
- On Subway, a train can knock out a cat on the tracks. Campers nearby may grab you just as the warning sounds, so watch them as well as the tracks.
