Each vote card pairs a wave count with a win reward and a suggested unit rarity. Those rise together up the ladder, but not evenly, so read the steps before you vote.

Which Cameraman Tower Defense difficulty should you vote for?
Start with Easy while your team is still coming together, then move up once your best units match the next recommended rarity. Insane pays the most, but it also has the most waves and the top label, so don't vote for it on reward alone.
Waves and win rewards from Easy to Insane
Normal adds 10 waves to Easy and doubles the win reward, from 100 Coins to 200. Hard adds only 5 waves to Normal, yet its reward still rises by 100 Coins. Insane is the biggest jump, with 15 more waves and 300 more Coins than Hard.
The reward grows faster than the wave count, and each extra wave is another round of toilets to stop. Compare the ends of the ladder and the gap is clear: Insane has 50 waves to Easy's 20, and its reward is 600 Coins to Easy's 100.
What the recommended rarity label means
Each card ends with a Recommended line, from Basic+ on Easy to Legendary+ on Insane. The labels climb with the modes, so they're a fair hint for which units to bring. They're recommendations, though. Nothing on the vote card sets a minimum, so treat each label as advice rather than a rule.
Picking a mode for the units you have
Match the label to your strongest units. If most of your team is Uncommon, Normal's label fits better than Hard's Epic+.
FAQ
What can the Coins from a win buy?
They buy lobby summons. An Easy win covers a single Basic Crate pull, which costs 100 Coins, and an Insane win covers six.
