Generate symmetric block circles and filled disks. Count blocks and export the exact displayed grid as SVG, PNG, or CSV.

Filled blocks have centers within the radius. An outline keeps the disk's outside blocks using four-direction neighbors. Odd diameters center on a block; even diameters center between blocks. All exports use the displayed grid.
How to use this tool
Enter a diameter from 1 to 256 blocks and choose an outline or filled disk. Read the block count, then download the diagram or grid for your build.
How the block grid is defined
The filled disk includes blocks whose centers lie inside the chosen radius. The outline keeps disk blocks with an outside neighbor in one of the four cardinal directions. This rule gives a reproducible diagram instead of an unexplained hand-drawn circle. Odd diameters center on a block; even diameters center between four blocks.
Using the exports
The SVG stays crisp at different sizes. The PNG is a raster image with ten pixels per block. The CSV uses 1 for a filled block and 0 for an empty position. Every export uses the same boolean grid as the preview. A circle is a horizontal layer; multiply its block count by height to estimate an uncapped circular wall.
FAQ
Do the downloads match the preview?
Yes. SVG, PNG, and CSV all use the displayed grid.
Why do even and odd diameters look different?
An odd diameter has a central block. An even diameter centers between blocks while keeping mirror symmetry.
Can I use this in either edition?
Yes. This tool defines block geometry and does not depend on edition-specific game mechanics.
