All 3 Courier Missions in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

Updated on September 26, 2026 (27 days ago)

Courier work turns a BMX or motorcycle into a small business. CJ collects packages, throws them through delivery markers, and brings the money back to the outlet while each run builds toward a useful property reward.

How courier work behaves

Courier runs begin when CJ mounts the designated two-wheel vehicle parked outside an outlet. Collect the bags, throw them through the delivery markers around the city, then return to the outlet for the commission and the next load. Each outlet offers a four-level run, and the route can be repeated for extra cash after the asset is active.

The throws work a little like drive-by shooting. Keep the bike lined up with the marker, slow down when a tight angle makes the handoff awkward, and avoid turning a delivery into a sightseeing tour. The fastest route is usually the one that keeps the vehicle upright.

Outlet, vehicle, and unlock differences

OutletAreaDesignated vehicleAvailability
Roboi Food MartCommerce, Los Santos, near Pershing Square and the Los Santos Conference CenterBMXAvailable from the beginning of the game
Hippy ShopperQueens, San FierroFreewayOpens after The Green Sabre
Burger ShotRedsands East, Las VenturasFaggioOpens after Yay Ka-Boom-Boom

The vehicle is part of the activity. A random replacement ride will not give the same start prompt, so look for the correct BMX, Freeway, or Faggio outside the business.

Asset income and completion

Finishing an outlet's four levels activates that business as an asset and adds $2,000 per day to its income. Courier work is optional for completing the main story, but it is required for a 100% completion run. That makes the deliveries worth doing even when the cash itself is no longer exciting.

The activity remains available after the story and can be repeated for extra money. For a clean completion route, finish an outlet whenever its story unlock is available, then return later if you need more cash or want to tidy up the remaining asset work.

FAQ

Q.

Where do I start courier missions?

Look for the designated BMX, Freeway, or Faggio outside Roboi Food Mart in Commerce, Hippy Shopper in Queens, or Burger Shot in Redsands East. Mounting the correct vehicle starts the activity.

Q.

What vehicle does each outlet use?

Roboi Food Mart uses a BMX, Hippy Shopper uses a Freeway, and Burger Shot uses a Faggio. The vehicle is parked outside the matching business.

Q.

When do the San Fierro and Las Venturas outlets open?

Hippy Shopper opens after The Green Sabre. Burger Shot opens after Yay Ka-Boom-Boom. Roboi Food Mart is available from the beginning of the game.

Q.

Are courier missions required for the main story?

No. They are optional for story progression, but completing the courier work is required for 100% completion.

Q.

How do the deliveries work?

Ride to the marked drop-off, throw the package through its delivery marker, then return to the outlet for the next load. Keep the designated vehicle under control because the route is built around it.

Q.

What do I get for finishing an outlet?

Completing its four-level run activates the business as an asset and adds $2,000 per day. The route can also be repeated later for extra cash.
