The Lost MC hierarchy

Johnny is the acting leader while chapter president Billy Grey is incarcerated. Billy return restores formal rank and pushes Johnny down the order, setting up the tension between Johnny caution and Billy appetite for conflict with the Angels of Death.

Officer titles explain the split beyond leaders. Jim Fitzgerald is treasurer and shares Johnny concern about violence. Brian Jeremy is secretary and stays loyal to Billy. Jason Michaels is enforcer, Clay Simons is road captain, and Terry Thorpe is sergeant at arms. Clay can deliver bikes when needed, Terry provides support similar to Little Jacob in GTA IV, and Angus Martin, no longer an active rider after an accident, remains connected and offers theft jobs. Ashley Butler links internal club strain to Ray Boccino and the wider city.

Allies, employers and outside pressure

Malc rides with the Uptown Riders but works with Johnny and connects to Elizabeta Torres. Thomas Stubbs uses political leverage to pull Johnny into dirty work. Ray Boccino draws The Lost into diamond trade where club business collides with the Pegorino family and other Liberty City figures. Elizabeta links Johnny to the deal involving Niko Bellic and Playboy X. Johnny rarely chooses between clean and criminal options; he chooses which criminal creates the smaller disaster.

Crossover context, light spoilers

The episode overlaps directly with GTA IV and The Ballad of Gay Tony. Niko appears during Buyers Market and Collectors Item, known as Blow Your Cover and Museum Piece from his side. Roman Bellic appears through Roman Holiday while Playboy X appears via the Elizabeta deal. Tony Prince and Luis Fernando Lopez enter through the diamond chain, with Luis returning during Collectors Item. These moments show the same events from Johnny side without making Niko or Luis playable here.

Scope and spoiler note

This covers The Lost and Damned Story Mode as in Episodes from Liberty City and The Complete Edition. People from GTA IV and The Ballad of Gay Tony appear only when they play a direct role in Johnny episode. Overview can name appearance ranges, alliances and outcomes, so read after relevant missions if avoiding spoilers.
