+1 Speed Monkey Escape Events Guide: Race, Quantum Treadmill, and Secret Door

Updated on August 22, 2026 (about 1 hour ago)

Follow the on-screen announcement when a global event appears in +1 Speed Monkey Escape. In the World 5 Update snapshot, the three events are Race, Quantum Treadmill, and Secret Door. Read the event name, move to the right World, and act while it is active.

These events are separate from Admin Abuse updates, and +1 Speed Keyboard Escape | Candy & Chocolate is a different Roblox game. Steal a Brainrot's Admin Abuse guide shows a different event format, while the Roblox Halloween Spotlight event covers a broader timed Roblox event.

Race starts when three players accept the prompt

Race starting screen in +1 Speed Monkey Escape showing one of three players joined

The Race event appears every 15 minutes in this snapshot. You need at least 180 Speed to race, and three players must accept the join prompt before it starts. Accepted players teleport to one of three shuffled tracks. The Race has no fixed duration: it ends when someone completes the track or too few players remain.

  1. Check your Speed. Make sure you have at least 180 Speed before accepting.
  2. Accept the join prompt. The event needs three accepted players to begin.
  3. Run the track. Follow the shuffled course after the teleport.
  4. Check your rewards. Winners can receive Wins and Potions, but no fixed amount is promised.

Quantum Treadmill gives 10x Speed for five minutes

The Quantum Treadmill appears once per server hour in this snapshot and stays active for five minutes. Each step gives 10x Speed, and the event can appear in any World. The announcement tells you which World to search.

The World 5 Update location list is:

WorldLocation
World 1Stage 2
World 2Stage 2
World 3Stage 7
World 4TBA
World 5TBA

When the announcement names a World, head there and look for the treadmill before the five-minute window closes. World 4 and World 5 did not have a confirmed stage in this snapshot, so do not rely on a made-up location.

Secret Door turns five minutes into a key hunt

The Secret Door appears randomly, stays active for five minutes, and can spawn in any World. Its announcement identifies the World, so start your search there instead of touring the whole map like a very determined lost monkey.

  1. Read the World announcement. It tells you which World contains the event.
  2. Search accessible areas. Look for the golden key somewhere in that World.
  3. Take the key to the Secret Door. Reach the door before the five-minute event window ends.
  4. Open the reward chests. They can give Charms and Wins.

No fixed key location, chest odds, or reward quantities are given for the World 5 snapshot. Use the announcement and short timer as your route clues.

When any of these events appears, watch the announcement first, use the named World when one is provided, and move before the timer runs out. Keep the three server events separate from Admin Abuse update events.
