Sell Fries classes come from a random spin, and each one changes how your run plays. Some boost money and Gem earnings, while others add speed, frying boosts or team protection. The strongest ones are also the rarest.
How to Get Classes in Sell Fries
Head to the Classes station in the hub area and spend 25 Gems on a spin. You can't pick the class you want, since the spin decides it. Gems come from clearing the game, which ties the class system to finishing the stage.

Sell Fries Classes List, With Odds and Bonuses
Check the odds first, since they show how often you'll actually roll each class. Money and Gem bonuses raise how fast you earn each one, and speed makes your character faster.
| Class | Rarity and odds | Stat bonuses | Starts with | Passive | Active ability |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dishwasher | Common, 40% | +5% money | 50 Cash | 50% chance to prevent monster grabs | Not listed |
| Peeler | Uncommon, 28% | +10% money | 100 Cash | Every second peel gives double potatoes | Not listed |
| Runner | Rare, 16% | +15% money, +3 speed | 100 Cash, a Cola | Monsters target you, but they move 25% slower | Not listed |
| Fry Cook | Epic, 10% | +25% money, +10% Gems, +1 speed | 150 Cash, a Bucket, a Cola | 50% chance to fry double; hot oil can't hurt you | Instantly cooks everything in the fryer and doubles the output |
| Head Chef | Legendary, 4.5% | +40% money, +20% Gems, +2 speed | 250 Cash, a Vacuum, a Cola | Every fifth sale, all sales pay double for 20 seconds | All team sales pay triple for 30 seconds |
| Fry Tycoon | Mythic, 1.3% | +40% money, +35% Gems, +2 speed | 500 Cash, a Vacuum, a Cola, a Cross | Every morning, you get 25% more of the money you already have | 5x money for 20 seconds |
| Potato King | Divine, 0.2% | +100% money, +50% Gems, +3 speed | 1,000 Cash, a Vacuum, a Money Potion, a Cross | Team gets an extra 50% money; saves someone from dying once per day | Removes all monsters, revives the team and triples sales |
The rarer the class, the bigger the bundle. Dishwasher and Peeler give the smallest money bonuses, though Dishwasher's 50% chance to prevent monster grabs is a real survival effect. Head Chef, Fry Tycoon and Potato King stack the biggest money and Gem boosts.
Dishwasher, Peeler and Runner have no active ability listed, which doesn't mean they lack one, so compare them on stats and passives. Numbers can also shift with game updates, so if the in-game menu shows different values, trust the menu.
Which Sell Fries Class Is Best?
Potato King is the best overall pick on the listed numbers. The other six make more sense when one goal matters more than the rest, so start with the goal your run needs most.
Head Chef and Fry Tycoon for Money
Both add 40% money, so they're the ones to aim for when cash matters most. Head Chef is the more likely roll at 4.5%, against 1.3% for Fry Tycoon. Fry Tycoon has the bigger Gem boost and the bigger multiplier. Its ability gives you 5x money for 20 seconds, and its passive adds 25% more of the money you already have every morning. Head Chef's ability triples all team sales for 30 seconds, and its passive makes all sales pay double for 20 seconds after every fifth sale.
Runner for Speed
Runner is the most common way to get the +3 speed bonus. It has a 16% chance per spin, while Potato King, the other +3 class, has 0.2%. Monsters still target you, but they move 25% slower. It also adds +15% money, more than Dishwasher or Peeler.
Fry Cook for Frying
Fry Cook is the class for frying. Its passive gives a 50% chance to fry double, and hot oil can't hurt you. Its ability instantly cooks everything in the fryer and doubles the output. If frying is where you want the edge, this is the class that gives it to you.
Potato King for the Full Package
Potato King covers the most ground, with the top money and Gem bonuses and a tie for the top speed bonus. Its starting kit is the richest on the list: 1,000 Cash, a Vacuum, a Money Potion and a Cross. Its passive gives the team an extra 50% money and saves someone from dying once per day. Its ability removes all monsters, revives the team and triples sales.
The catch is the odds: 0.2% per spin, or about one in 500. Potato King is the roll to hope for, but the class that matches your goal is the one to plan your Gems around.
