Blue Spider Lilies in Lineage Piece appear after dark. Five reported island stops can help you find them: Deeproot Jungle, Legend's Arena, Fossil Island, Lineage Town, and Shinjuku Showdown.
Those five spots are not the hand-in total. You need 10 Blue Spider Lilies for the Demon Race, so one sweep may not finish the job.
Check these five island locations after nightfall
Use the teleporter to visit each island after nightfall. A tree is the main landmark at every stop, which is handy because the map does enjoy hiding flowers in plain sight.
Deeproot Jungle location
Head toward the back, open area near the Monkey Enemies. Check the tree in that darker grassy section.
Legend's Arena location
Start at the arena and move toward the outer ocean edge. Search the coastal grass around the tree.
Fossil Island location
Go toward the back-left raised terrain from the teleporter. Look for the single tree on the higher grassy section.
Lineage Town location
Stay near the teleporter and follow the grass toward the shoreline. Check the tree beside the water.
Shinjuku Showdown location
Move right from the teleporter and follow the route to the small raised area. Search the coastal grass beneath its tree.
Collect 10 lilies, then take them to Muzan
A practical teleporter route is Deeproot Jungle → Legend's Arena → Fossil Island → Lineage Town → Shinjuku Showdown. It is a suggested order, not an official route.
The full day and night cycle is approximately 10 minutes. Treat that as rough timing, wait for the map to turn dark, and continue the route on a later cycle if your inventory is below 10.
Turn in 10 lilies to Muzan
When you have 10 Blue Spider Lilies, return to Muzan on Fossil Island. Open the Demon Race menu and use Buy to unlock Demon.
Afterward, Lineage Piece Haki gives you another progression goal, while Talisman locations covers another multi-island search.
