Your first Rebirth needs 1,000 Strength and lifts your Cash multiplier from x1 to x1.5 for good. The trade is the Strength you've built up, because a normal Rebirth sets it back to zero. Keep that in mind before you press anything, because it decides when a Rebirth is worth it.
How Rebirth Works in Lift Rock for Eggs
Cash growth eventually levels off. The Strength and Cash requirements keep climbing, and your earnings and training efficiency can't keep up. Rebirth is the reset built for that wall. Each one gives you a bigger Cash multiplier that applies to every source of Cash, including your pets.

Opening the Rebirth Menu
Every Rebirth runs through the same four steps:
- Train your Strength up to the threshold.
- Press the pink Rebirth button on the left side of the screen to open the Rebirth menu.
- Check the next Strength requirement and the Cash multiplier you'll get.
- Press the green Rebirth button to confirm.
Lift Rock for Eggs Rebirth Requirements and Cash Multipliers
Each Rebirth asks for more Strength than the one before it and pays a bigger multiplier. Here are the first six.
| Rebirth | Strength needed | Cash multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1,000 | x1.5 |
| 2 | 1,800 | x2 |
| 3 | 3,100 | x2.5 |
| 4 | 5,400 | x3 |
| 5 | 9,400 | x3.5 |
| 6 | 16,400 | x4 |
If the Rebirth menu shows a different requirement or multiplier from this table, go with the menu. This table stops at Rebirth 6, so the menu is also where you'll find the target after that.
What a Rebirth Resets and What You Keep
A normal Rebirth resets your Strength to zero and gives you the multiplier. Your collected Cash, your Speed and the pets on your plot all stay. Don't count on gym upgrades or Trails carrying over, so read the confirmation before you press the green button.
Keeping Strength With Robux
There's also a Robux option that keeps your Strength and still grants the Cash multiplier. Check the displayed price and terms before you select it. Weigh the Cash boost against the Strength an ordinary Rebirth would take. The more Strength you'd lose on a normal reset, the more the keep option is worth a look.
When to Rebirth and How to Rebuild Strength
Don't Train Past the Threshold
Strength above the requirement is lost on a normal Rebirth, so any training past the threshold is wasted. If you still need your current Strength for a rock or another task right now, finish that first. Otherwise, Rebirth as soon as you hit the threshold.
Rebuilding Strength After the Reset
A Rebirth doesn't change how much Strength each training session gives you. The base gains stay the same, so the reset alone won't speed up the climb back. Upgrades and Trails do that, and you get them with the Cash the multiplier brings in.
Train with the barbell while you rebuild, and your pets keep paying out at the higher rate. Spend the extra Cash on upgrades and Trails first, then train toward the next target on the Rebirth menu. That's how you get back past the Strength you had before the reset.
