Pick your side first. You can't switch teams after you confirm, and your side decides which team total your points feed. Football Vs Futbol is a limited-time event that runs inside normal Huss Valley matches, so there's no separate mode to queue for.
Every successful Runner crossing, Chaser catch and win adds to two totals at once: your personal track and your team's collective total. Each track has its own rewards, and the leaderboard adds a third set for the top ranks on your team's board.
How to Join Football Vs Futbol in Huss Valley
A separate experience also uses the Huss Valley name, so check that the creator is Huss Valley Official before you join. Here's the route:
- Join the Huss Valley experience made by Huss Valley Official.
- Look at the upper-right corner of the lobby and open the Football Vs Futbol banner.
- Pick Red for American football or Blue for futbol (soccer), then confirm.
Both sides use the same point thresholds, and the only reward difference is the team name on certain titles and emotes. Your side also sets which leaderboard you rank on, so pick the name and the board you want.
How Points Work in Football Vs Futbol
In a regular match, you earn 1 point for each of these:
- A successful Runner crossing
- A Chaser catch
- A win
A single match tops out at 30 points, no matter how many crossings and catches you rack up.
Every point goes to two places at once. It counts toward your personal track and your selected team's collective total, so one match moves both.
Football Vs Futbol Personal Rewards
Personal rewards come from your own point total, in five tiers from 25 points up to 5,000. The PERSONAL tab in the event panel shows all five.

The 25-point tier is the easiest to reach, since one strong match can get you there. The 5,000-point tier is the long one. At the 30-point cap, you need at least 167 matches to hit it.
The 1,500-point reward appears as Rufu's Leash and Rufus's Leash in different places, so go with the spelling on your reward tile. Rufus's Leash is the Chaser ability that pulls a Runner up to 6 studs. The abilities list covers how it works.
Football Vs Futbol Team Rewards
Team rewards come from your side's shared total. Every player's points add to the same number, so these milestones depend on the whole team. The TEAM tab in the event panel shows all five milestones.

Pocket Door at 150 Million Points
Pocket Door is a permanent Runner ability. It creates a door that blocks a Chaser for 6 seconds. It's listed in the abilities list with the rest of the game's abilities.
A published shop listing puts Pocket Door at 400 Gems. If you'd buy it anyway, this milestone gives you the ability and 300 Gems on top. Shop prices change, so check the shop before you plan around that number.
Leaderboard Rewards by Rank
Leaderboard rewards depend on your rank on your chosen team's board. Only the highest tier you reach pays out.

A Top 10 finish pays the Top 10 reward only. It doesn't add the Top 100 reward on top.
Checking the Event Timer and Reward Tiles
Start with the countdown on the lobby banner. No end time is confirmed in Eastern or Pacific time, so trust the banner over any date you find elsewhere. If the banner and timer are still showing, the event is running.
It's not confirmed whether rewards arrive on their own or need a claim. When you reach a threshold, open that reward tile and follow the prompt.
If you're starting now, pick your side, play a few regular matches and open the 25-point tile first. Everything past that is a longer climb, so check the timer before you commit to a big grind.
