Double Jump in Clover Time comes from Neru's training. Reach Level 5, find him under the Demon Skull, and pass three timing exercises. The steps below cover the route, exact exercise counts, shared-life rule, and stat rewards.
Clover Time Double Jump requirements and Neru location
You must be Level 5 before you can accept Neru's training. Find any Finral NPC and use the teleport to Demon Skull. From the spawn point, go right and walk under the Demon Skull. Neru is sitting on a rock there.
Talk to Neru to start the training. If you do not see the quest in your tracker, check this location directly before assuming the NPC is missing.
How to complete Neru's training in Clover Time
Each exercise uses the same timing rule. Stop the moving yellow marker while it is inside the green area.

Complete Neru's exercises in this order:
- Sit-ups: Stop the marker in the green area 8 times.
- Push-ups: Stop the marker in the green area 6 times.
- Jumping jacks: Stop the marker in the green area 10 times.
You get two lives for the full training, not two fresh attempts per exercise. If you fail a task, the training restarts from the beginning, so you must repeat any earlier exercise you already cleared.
Clover Time Double Jump rewards
Passing all three exercises completes Neru's training and awards Double Jump along with three Max Stat increases:
| Reward | Amount or result |
|---|---|
| Double Jump | Unlocks the Double Jump movement ability |
| Max Health | +75 |
| Max Stamina | +35 |
| Max Mana | +50 |
The unlock happens after the final jumping-jack task, not after the first successful exercise. Once all three tasks clear, the training route is complete.
What to do if Neru's quest is missing in Clover Time
Because Neru's training is a hidden quest, it may not appear in your tracker. If it is missing, return to the rock under the Demon Skull and speak to Neru directly.
Also confirm that your character is at least Level 5 before trying to accept the training. If you have not reached that requirement, level up first, then return to Neru and complete the three exercises.
