Chaos Canyon 2009 Challenge Requirements in The Hunt Roblox 20

The Hunt hub opens its years in chronological order. Progress through the earlier event areas and complete the 2008 Rocket Arena stage before trying to enter 2009. If the 2009 area is still locked, finish the remaining objectives in the earlier years instead of looking for a separate code or paid item.

Once 2009 is available, the complete route is:

1. Speak to the quest NPC in the 2009 hub.
2. Avoid the tornado for 60 seconds.
3. Speak to the NPC again, then use the Chaos Canyon portal.
4. Get four player KOs and make sure the KO counter records them.
5. Return to the hub, rejoin if the completion or platform has not appeared, and interact with the reward platform.

How to Survive the Chaos Canyon 2009 Hub Tornado

Enter the 2009 hub and find the quest NPC. Interact with the NPC to start the tornado objective.

When the tornado appears, keep moving away from it or stay on the opposite side of the map. Use the open area to keep your distance, and do not treat the house as a safe zone because the tornado can still reach you there. You only need to avoid being hit for 60 seconds.

After the minute ends, go back to the same NPC and interact with them again. This second conversation is the handoff to the game challenge, so do not leave the hub expecting the reward to appear after the tornado alone.

How to Enter Chaos Canyon and Get Four KOs

After the second NPC interaction, use the portal labeled Chaos Canyon in the 2009 hub.

Inside the arena, knock out four other players. You do not need to win an entire match; the requirement is the four-KO objective. The available weapons include the Rocket Launcher, Slingshot, Bowling Ball, Sword, and Wall, and no single weapon is required. Rocket Launcher or Sword are straightforward choices if you want to start without worrying about a special setup.

Watch the KO counter at the top-left of the screen while you play. Credited KOs reportedly persist after death, so you can continue after respawning, but keep checking the counter rather than assuming every hit registered.

If the KO counter is missing, leave through the portal and re-enter Chaos Canyon before trying to farm more KOs. Until it appears, your kills may not track, so use the counter as your readiness check. Once it shows four registered KOs, leave Chaos Canyon and return to The Hunt experience.

How to Claim the Crest of the Canyon Badge and UGC

The reward is not claimed inside the PvP arena. Return to the 2009 hub and look near the return spawn, behind or close to the quest NPC, for the Crest of the Canyon reward platform.

Interact with the platform when the E Claim prompt appears to claim Crest of the Canyon, the reward associated with the 2009 challenge. If the platform is missing, first confirm that you completed both the tornado and four-KO objectives. Then leave the whole experience and rejoin before checking the 2009 hub again. Rejoining is the safest registration and recovery step, although the platform may appear without it.

After the claim succeeds, use the nearby progression box to continue to 2010. That final interaction confirms that the hub has registered your 2009 completion and moves you on to the next year.
