In Raise The Biggest Family, you adopt a child and raise them as they grow. To bring a child home, you get an approval letter, drive to the adoption center, and pass an interview.
Once a child is home, you feed, bathe, and look after them as they grow. Your children keep aging while you're logged out, so the game asks you to check back in each day. Each child you bring home adds to your family, and the goal is to grow the biggest family you can.
