Kingdoms and Castles is a medieval city-building game where you build a Keep and grow a settlement one building at a time. Achievements are goals the game tracks as you play, and each one unlocks once you reach it, which gives you clear things to aim for.

What Kingdoms and Castles Achievements Cover
Most of them track your population, climbing from the early village and town titles up through the kingdom titles at the top. Some cover fighting off dragons and ogres, another covers building your Keep, and the last covers a very tall stone tower. Knowing which group a goal belongs to tells you what to focus on during a run.
How Population Achievements Work
Population is the number of residents living in your kingdom, and it drives most of the achievements. The goals start with the village and town titles, add a city title, and then climb through the kingdom titles. Town needs 100 residents, Humble Kingdom needs 1,000, Thriving Kingdom needs 1,500, Dignified Kingdom needs 2,000, Magnificent Kingdom needs 3,500, and Kingdom of the Gods needs 5,000.
Each step asks for a much bigger city, so the top titles take the longest to reach. A kingdom of several thousand residents needs a steady supply of food and enough housing for everyone. It pays to grow at a pace your food supply can keep up with.
How to Earn Slayer of Dragons and Slayer of Ogres
Dragons and ogres are enemies that come at your kingdom during invasions, so these goals are about fighting rather than building. Slayer of Dragons counts a kill made by an Archer Tower or a Ballista Tower, so your defenses do the work once a dragon comes into range. Slayer of Ogres asks you to kill an ogre after it appears in an invasion.
These goals depend on invasions, so you can't earn them by building alone. Your towers need to be ready when the attacks come, which means keeping your defenses up through the whole run.
How to Earn the Tower of Babel Achievement
This goal is about building rather than fighting. You stack stone castle blocks until the tower reaches 30 levels high, and the achievement counts that height, so you don't need to place a weapon on top. The tower needs a base at least two blocks long to climb that high, and you can remove the extra column afterward if you need the space.
Which Kingdoms and Castles Achievements Are Hardest to Get
The top kingdom titles are the rarest, and the reason is size. Each step asks for more residents than the last, and Kingdom of the Gods asks for the most of all. Holding a city that large through a long run is hard, so fewer players reach these titles than the early ones.
The Tower of Babel is a different kind of challenge. It's a long build that needs a steady supply of stone and careful planning, not a quick fight.
FAQ
Why haven't I seen any dragons in my game?
Dragons never spawn on Paxlon, the difficulty with no enemies, so that setting won't work for Slayer of Dragons or Slayer of Ogres. Population goals don't need enemies, so Paxlon is still a fine place to build up your residents.
What is the best defense against dragons?
Archer Towers and Ballista Towers, since a kill from either one counts toward Slayer of Dragons. Taller towers have more range, so building them higher lets them hit dragons from farther away.
Is there a Tower of Babel building in Kingdoms and Castles?
No. The name belongs only to the achievement, and the game has no building by that title. You build the tall tower yourself, out of stone castle blocks.
