How housing works
Homes are bought as blueprints from the Houses Dealership, revamped in the Housing Update into the current eight-model lineup. Each blueprint fixes the plot size, bedroom and bathroom count, and garage capacity, and homes come with interactive interiors: appliances, plumbing, and furniture that respond to players.
Climbing the ladder
The four starter-tier homes between 450k and 750k are reachable in normal play and differ mostly in space. The jump to Stonehurst Villa at 1.45 million starts the luxury tier, where each step buys dramatically more square footage and garage room, ending at the Fiorenza Mansion's 9.3 million flagship plot. Buy for the garage first: display space for your fleet is the feature you will actually use daily.
