Train on the lobby treadmills to grow your tongue, extend it toward the next platform, then slide across the gap. Work through the obstacle-course stages and collect Wins at the finish pads. A longer tongue helps you reach farther, but you still need to line up the landing.
Spend Wins on Tongues with higher displayed +Tongue bonuses or Trails with Points multipliers. Rebirth resets your Tongue Level in exchange for the multiplier shown in its menu, so you return to training before taking another run at the course.

Tongues:
Tongues are equipable upgrades with a displayed +Tongue bonus. You start with Default Tongue and spend Wins on stronger Tongue upgrades through the upgrade interface. Blue Beam Tongue has a separate Robux price, so compare its purchase with the Wins upgrades before spending.
Trails:
Trails are colored effects with a listed Points multiplier. Buy them through the Trails menu with Wins or Robux, then equip the one you want to use. You can choose an affordable upgrade or save your Wins for a higher multiplier.
Collectibles
Stages:
Stages are numbered obstacle courses you cross by extending your tongue and sliding across it. Their recommended levels give you training targets, while walls and narrow routes still need careful movement. A successful clear matters more than reaching the number on the sign, and boosted Wins pads can require a purchase.
Rebirth milestones:
Rebirth resets your Tongue Level and raises your Tongue multiplier. Train to the level target in your Rebirth menu, then confirm the reset when you are ready to build your level again. The After value is your next target, so wait until you have completed the rebirth before counting that milestone.
+1 Tongue Escape Gameplay Tips
- Return to a lobby trainer when your tongue stops short of the landing. More attempts at the same reach will not close the gap.
- Before sliding, keep the landing in view and check that your tongue reaches the platform.
- Use each stage's recommended level to plan your next training target, then check the actual crossing before committing.
- Read the requirement and level-reset warning in the Rebirth menu before confirming. Head back to a trainer after the reset.
