How trails fit your speed

A trail is one layer in your total speed. Your animal form sets a base speed, then your rebirth tier, group boost, and trail all stack on top of it. These layers multiply together rather than add, so a trail's boost grows larger as the rest of your build grows. That is why a stronger trail matters more after you have already evolved and rebirthed a few times, and why buying the priciest trail first does little if your base speed is still low.

Reading the prices and effects

The trails are grouped by price into budget, mid-tier, and premium tiers, which is the order most players buy them in. Each card shows the Robux price so you can plan a purchase, but the exact multiplier is only confirmed for a few trails. The Orange Trail gives 1.5x and the Blue Trail gives 2x, while the Star Trail is advertised at 100x on the trail layer alone, which is not the same as 100x total speed. The rest do not have an officially listed number, so the cards show the price and leave the effect open rather than guessing. You also equip one trail at a time unless you own the +3 Items Equip pass, which lets you run extra cosmetic items together, so most players treat their trail as a single ongoing pick.

FAQ

Q.

How do you get trails in +1 Speed Evolve?

Every trail is a Robux game pass bought from the in-game shop. There is no free or code path to a trail, though joining the game's group gives a separate small speed boost.

Q.

Which trail should you buy first?

The cheapest useful pick is the Orange Trail for a 1.5x boost, and many players move up to the Blue Trail for 2x once they can afford it. Buying a costly trail before raising your base speed gives little extra benefit.

Q.

Does the Star Trail give 100x total speed?

No. The 100x figure is advertised for the trail layer only. Your real speed comes from your animal form, rebirth tier, group boost, and trail multiplied together, so the trail layer is just one part of the total.

Q.

Can you equip more than one trail at once?

You equip one trail at a time by default. The separate +3 Items Equip game pass raises how many cosmetic items you can wear together, which lets you run extra effects alongside your trail.

Q.

Why do some trails not show a multiplier?

Only a few trails have an officially stated multiplier, such as the Orange, Blue, and Star trails. For the rest the game does not publish an exact number, so those cards show the price and leave the multiplier blank instead of guessing.
