atomic has not yet gone into this form. thank god, cuz this is an extremly unstable form. although not the most powerfull, he cannot control his powers. he has self control, but his power are unstable. he could just want to make a chaos energy block and ends up creating an energy bomb! he ocasionaly looses control, but only when u piss him off.
