[Animated] TV-MAN A watching eye

TVMAN is a humanoid figure with an old television for a head. At the center of the screen, a single eye is constantly visible, unblinking. The eye smoothly follows the character’s movements, always aware, always watching. The screen emits a faint static glow, as if stuck between channels. No matter where TVMAN goes, the eye tracks everything around him, giving the unsettling feeling that nothing escapes his sight. He does not speak. He broadcasts.
