How to use a Crosshair ID in Da Hood
- Open Da Hood and join a server.
- Select the Settings cog near the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Scroll until you find the crosshair box labeled Enter a valid Image-ID.
- Paste the copied Crosshair ID into the box.
- Select the Change button beside the field, then aim a weapon to check the new cursor.
The exact menu position can move after a game update. If the field is not where you remember it, look through Settings for the crosshair or Image-ID option.
Which Da Hood Crosshair ID should you copy?
Start with the number labeled Crosshair ID on the card. This is the public Roblox Decal ID supplied for the design. It is the number community lists normally share for Da Hood.
Roblox can store a second number for the image behind that decal. This is called an Image ID or texture ID. The two numbers can point to the same picture, but they are different assets. Recent guide screenshots show Da Hood's input labeled Image-ID even though shared lists often provide the Decal ID. A tiny naming maze, because one number would have been too peaceful.
If a Decal ID does not appear and an Image or texture ID is also shown, try that second number. Do not guess by adding or removing digits. Copy the exact value attached to the same image.
Why a Da Hood Crosshair ID may not load
A valid-looking number can still show the default cursor or a blank image. Roblox may have removed or restricted the asset, the creator may have changed its access, or Da Hood may reject that particular image. You may also have copied the Decal ID when the game expects the paired Image or texture ID.
First, paste the number again to rule out a missing digit. Try the paired Image or texture ID when one is provided, then rejoin a server if the cursor does not refresh. If neither number loads, choose another design. There is no useful prize for arguing with an empty square.
How Da Hood Crosshair IDs are checked
Each listed crosshair comes from a Da Hood-specific community source. Its Decal ID, Roblox name, asset type, and image preview are then checked against Roblox data before it is included.
That check confirms that Roblox can identify the decal and return its preview. It does not guarantee that every Da Hood server or future game version will accept it. Roblox moderation, asset access, and Da Hood's own image rules can change later.
